lots has happened since my lil hiatus, which includes lots of writing i’m excited to share (if y’all still care to read it, that is:)

STRANGER THINGS 3, THE CASE OF THE MISSING LIFEGUARD

on the back of her left arm, just above her elbow, max has a patch of freckles that seem to perfectly match the little dipper constellation

she jokes that she hates kids, but she’s actually pretty amazing when it comes to young children in terms of keeping them happy (making funny faces, talking gibberish, letting them play with her hair, etc.)

max pierced her own ears (and eventually nose) with a sewing needle from her moms sewing kit

she wears a perfume that smells incredibly floral, like freshly cut lilacs but with a hint of sandalwood. she’d gotten it while shopping with her mom on venice beach before the move to hawkins, sort of as a departing gift

max has scar covered knees and elbows from falling while learning to skateboard. while her mom is constantly insisting she put ointments on them to lessen their appearance, max actually thinks her scars are kinda bad ass, given they always have a story tied with them, a bit like tattoos

before learning to skateboard, max actually learned to snowboard with her dad in big bear, ca. when she was around eight or so

although she hates cooking, max is pretty naturally gifted when it comes to skills in the kitchen

max’s favorite ice cream is sea salt caramel, but a close second for her would have to be coconut

max has a sketchbook she sometimes uses to draw. a lot of the time, she’ll doodle during class, half listening to the teacher while sketching away her boredom

max considers herself a cat person, but she could definitely see herself getting a pet dog in the future

i know this has taken forever, but for the people still interested, i just wanted to say i’ve finally updated my story Hot Tears! :) it is pretty dark, so please look at the tags before reading!

could you just do some random headcanons you have for steve/what it would be like to date him?

i sure can :)

- steve’s a huge animal person. literally the type of person to call to stray cats in hopes of getting them to come over so he can pet them

- he loves super sweet coffee, always adding a heap of creamer to his morning cup

- he sucks at cooking (like, can barely cook eggs kinda sucks at cooking) but you better bet he will take however long it takes to learn how to make your favorite meal!

- he loves traveling! although he hasn’t gotten out of hawkins all that much in his lifetime, he has plans to see the pacific and atlantic oceans at least once in his life

- he won’t ever admit it, but he’s incredibly sentimental, especially when it comes to his significant other.

- he still has all his friendship bracelets saved from summer camp when he was a little kid

- he loves having his hair played with

- not that he’d ever admit he likes one animal more than the other, but steve is secretly very much so a cat person

- trust me when i say he is a blanket hog. like- honestly, it’s almost impressive how much of the blanket he can manage to bundle up on his side of the bed

- he really hates the cold but loves what comes with it (sweaters, hot drinks, snow, etc.)

- hes the type to carve his initials with his significant others initials into a tree with a heart surrounding it

- i cant put enough emphasis on how much he hates bugs. he simply despises them
