[cole could recognize that voice anywhere, and when he did his ears perked up immediately. his tail swept from side to side as he dropped the laundry basket he was currently holding, not carrying whether or not he'd get in trouble if someone saw him doing so. he turned around, going up to telemachus and holding his hands. he looked up at him, a glimmer in his eyes]

telemachus! i— you came back! I was going to go look for you after you ran off, but I didn't want to intrude in case you wanted to be left alone [he gave a small smile and a light laugh]

it's okay [he gave telemachus' hands a gentle reassuring squeeze, his expression softening as he shrugged light heartedly] I thought it was cute, and that the running away bit was kind of charming. but, you did leave me before I could say these words back.

I would assume that by now at least a love interest would be in mind, considering you are the prince of ithaca after all [cole tilted his head up, looking at the sky before finally looking at telemachus in the eye]

Lord Hermes, being a messenger and being able to go out and in the underworld as he please, offhandedly mentioned Telemachus being dead to Lady Athena. She then went to find Ody, like in LiP, and then God Games happened and blah blah blah. I hope this explanation answers your question :>)
