services and supports for drug users and addicts are being erased by US government cuts

drug users/addicts are (as usual) targeted by politicians, media, and the general public, scapegoated for all social issues and treated like dirt

shitheads in power responsible for cutting services are themselves drug users, and because of that,

liberals & leftists criticizing musk, hesgeth, etc. are taking the opportunity to broadcast their most unfiltered and derogatory thoughts about addiction and drug use, thereby achieving fuck-all except harming drug users and addicts in their own lives
