Let me tell you, we bring SO MUCH STUFF! So, what exactly does your hair and makeup artist need to work efficiently? It’s not much, but they’re important! 😄

✨ Tabletop height surfaces: Each artist typically requires about 3-4 feet of surface space to set up their kit, and sometimes even more depending on the size of their setup. When choosing a getting ready space, opt for one with ample space for your artists to comfortably set up. If you're at an Airbnb, or Villa, consider using the dining room table for your glam team. 🫶🏻

(Pro tip: A spacious getting ready area is ideal, especially if you have multiple artists and several bridesmaids!)

✨ Light: As makeup artists, we thrive on natural light. While we always bring our own lighting setup, nothing beats the beauty of natural sunlight. Your photographer will also appreciate the brightness, and who doesn't love a bright and cheerful getting ready area? 💞

✨ Power Outlets: These are a hairstylist's best friend! We rely heavily on power outlets for curling irons, blow dryers, and lights. While we come prepared with extension cords, it's helpful to have enough outlets so each artist can plug in their equipment.

✨ Time Management: Stick to the agreed-upon schedule to allow adequate time for each client and artist. This helps prevent rushing and ensures a relaxed experience for everyone.
