Twitter has become such a toxic place. Someone sees someone doing something they don’t agree with and think it’s ok to harass and dox them.

Let’s take the Hogwarts Legacy drama. Look, I completely understand if you yourself do not wish to have any association with the works of J.K Rowling. But do you really need to harass and dox others who play the game.

I understand if you feel that others playing the game negatively affects the LGBTQIA community, but all you’re really doing is making the rest of us look bad.

Please, help make this community more about acceptance, and less about hostility and drama.

And for those who are not part of the LGBTQIA, who are doing these horrible things “on our behalf”, please stop. You’re only making our community look bad.

I miss what gaming was like in the late 90’s and early 2000’s.

I miss being able to play a game as soon as I bring it home without having to wait 10+ hours for it to install.

I miss not having to wait for a game to be “fixed” through updates before I can enjoy a game.

I miss games being released in a finished state, rather than rushed out the door buggy and unplayable.

I will be playing dnd for the first time ever and I am both terrified and excited to play. Everyone I’m playing with has a bet on who will be the first to derail the campaign and our dm is promising chaos. All we’re waiting for is for one person to finish their character sheet then we can set a date 😀
