Kind of hot take but I still think ghasts are native to the nether we see their entire life cycle in Minecraft dungeons and it seems pretty well adapted
Picture of my son playing in the lake.

I believe the warden is a prey species in it's home Dimension. We never see it go out of its way to hunt for food only attack what comes into its territory. Yes it could be an ambush predator but if it was why would it stay in the isolated lifeless cave we find it in.

The crew of "Swamp Worlder shipping Co". Swampworlder is a derogatory term used by other space traveling species to describe species from frem ( the planet most of my lore is set in) it doesn't refer to any specific swamp but rather the fact that the planet is mostly water.
Haven't decided on a name for any of them yet if anyone has any ideas I'd be happy to hear them. As always sorry for the bad writing :p

I think that piglins and ghasts have a symbiotic relationship, not necessarily domesticated but certainly tamed. piglins feed ghasts and in return the ghasts let them Harvest tears for potions of regeneration.
Edit thanks to @real-oddity for reminding me that ghast tears are used for regen

Garth are medium sized cyclopsothermics a clad of creatures who's highly evolved compound eye grants them thermoseption, which they used to see the heat given off by other cyclopsothermics skin. They communicate by constricting and increasing the flow of blood to certain parts of the skin. Most live in nomadic, matriarchal, hunter-gatherer societies in the western swamps of Orn. Adult males usually weigh somewhere around 160 lbs and stand at a height of four to five feet females however are much larger with many weighing up to 800 lbs and standing at a height of 7 to 9 ft towering over their male counterparts and most other creatures. Their distant ancestors we're much much less intimidating being evolved to chase down large insects. this inevitably led to an evolutionary armed race, as their prey became stronger and larger, they adopted as well. without teeth or claws their ancestors the proto-garth opted to bludgeon their prey to death, both with their arms and with there, at the time much larger, horns. as they're hunting strategies became more complex they became more intelligent becoming what they are now. ( sorry for the bad grammar :p)
