Harela festival उत्तराखंड का एक प्रसिद्ध लोक पर्व है। हरेला पर्व प्रकृति को समर्पित लोकपर्व या त्यौहार है। उत्तराखंड का हरेला पर्व प्रतिवर्ष कर्क संक्रांति को मनाया जाता है।

उत्तराखंड के चौमास यानि जुलाई में मनाये जाने वाले हरेला त्यौहार का विशेष महत्व होता है। इस दिन से पहाड़ियों ( पहाड़ के निवासियों ) सावन शुरू हो जाते हैं। हिमाचल ,नेपाल और उत्तराखंड के लोगों के सावन ठीक हरेले के दिन से लगते हैं। क्योंकि पहाड़ियों के पंचांग में माह संक्रांति से बदलते हैं । इसलिये पहाड़ियों के सावन हरेला के दिन से शुरू होते हैं।

हरेला त्यौहार प्रकृति की रक्षा को समर्पित लोक पर्व है। पहाड़ के लोग प्रकृति का आभार व्यक्त करने के लिए हरेला पर्व मनाते हैं। वृक्षारोपण पर जोर दिया जाता है।

🌿 Empowering Students, Enabling Change! 🌿

Proud to be part of the Notional Paryavaran Competition held in Silvassa, an inspiring initiative designed to engage school students in critical conversations around environmental sustainability.

A key highlight of the event was the launch of a mobile app dedicated to the competition, developed to make participation more interactive and impactful for the students.

The app was inaugurated by the Hon’ble President of Silvassa Municipal Council, Ms. Rajani Shetty, in the gracious presence of Mr. Balwant Patel, Education Officer, during a vibrant program at Silvassa Government School.

This initiative is a collaborative effort led by NSPC, with active partnership from the Silvassa Municipal Council and the NGO Humans of Earth... all working together to ignite environmental consciousness among the youth. 🌍

The creativity, awareness, and passion displayed by the students were truly commendable.

Change is happening... one young voice at a time. 💚
