Today, it's @syb-la-tortue birthday, my long-time and beautiful friend! (31 years of friendship after all!)

For the occasion, I've illustrated her ‘old’ OC Kim the florist, who's giving her a super festive bouquet :3

The rest of this triptych inspired by the song Shape of you I wanted to illustrate this part in particular. -We push and pull like a magnet do Although my heart is falling too

Raphaël has a hard time falling in love. He's known a lot of women. He prefers, by far, one-night stands and other carnal delights. When he met Dally, he had no idea he'd fall under her spell!

I like to play with complementarities and similarities. If Zakary and Lola are the same color, Raphaël and Dally are visual opposites. A yellow tabby cat with blue eyes and a golden-eyed tigress, whose fur has shades of blue.

Zakary's Gang Quartet ‘back in the days’, or should I say, like in the 2000s.

I saw this picture on facebook, about 2000's singers all doing the same pose, and I was immediately inspired to draw my characters in 2000's mode :P (well, playing a little on the style).

FR- Un très vieux personnage à moi, Orqua (très original comme nom, j'en convient). Elle représente l'élément de l'eau, dans mes trop nombreuses histoires :P En ce dimanche pluvieux, j'avais besoin de sortir mes encres, crayons et papier :3 (mais mise en couleurs numérique)

EN- A very old character of mine, Orqua (a very original name, I agree). She represents the element of water, in my too many stories :P On this rainy Sunday, I needed to get out my inks, pencils and paper :3 (but digital colors)

Now it's Dally's turn to become a mermaid for the mermay! For her, I chose a Siamese tigerfish to accentuate her beautiful stripes (because if I'd illustrated her in human form, the fish part would have worked better for Raphaël... Anyway.

Note: Normally, she doesn't have stripes on her chest, but I wanted to find a way to censor them, as my mermay illustrations are intended for a general audience ^^;

Every time I listen to this song, these two always come to mind. I think some of the lyrics represent them well. Tristepin and Evangelyne, in their early days (well, technically they don't have the right clothes, but I like them better this way).

A first illustration for the mermay, Rygel as a whale shark :D I wanted a fish that reflected his strong and huge side (after all, he's the strongest of my characters) so I thought the whale shark was perfect for him, plus the blue recalls his animal version (which I didn't use. Because with all the blue, his animal version would have been a bit too much ^^;)

psssss, I wanted to accentuate his strong side by having him carry a piece of wood, but we won't tell him that in the water, it's much lighter!

Hermione et Sherlock sont deux fortes têtes qui ne peuvent résister à l'envie d'élucider une enquête. Ils décident donc de partir ensemble, pour trouver une solution à cette énigme.

Note : Une commission vraiment chouette à faire. Je devais trouver l'histoire

Hermione and Sherlock are two strong heads who can't resist solving an investigation. So they decide to set off together, to find a solution to this enigma.
