The tall cat tree in the corner, well worn after 5 years of use, is gone. In its place is a writing desk with a smaller cat condo on it, so Guy can still sit up high and monitor the birds and squirrels through the window. The view from the desk is the patch of woods behind the apartment building. Pics were taken this morning while it was still sunny, before the thunderstorm struck. (Thunderstorms are better for writing gothic and folk horror anyway).
