Screencaps of the Mario movie, but in MarioSwap AU! I made these before the movie came out, twas pretty fun! I even have a "script" of how MarioSwap would've went as the movie; it had similarities with the movie, but there were adjustments to make it work in MarioSwap verse.

Prince Mario smiled. "You cut your hair", he whispered, reaching his arms forward as Peach approached him. Tears rolling down her cheeks Peach pressed closer to Prince Mario, cupped his face with her palms and replied; "So did you." She kissed Prince Toadstool's hair and forehead. Having him here in her arms made her sure of the one thing she had been wondering for a while now; she was home.

This may or may not be canon, I don't know yet 😂 However I choose, Mario is still Peach's home she always returns to 😊

hello everyone, and happy late late late Mar10 day!

There's been a lot happening in life for the past, I don't know, half a year by now? since I last posted anything. I don't want to get anyone's hopes up, but I might pick up writing MarioSwap again. If I do, I'll be making a time-jump of sorts, so I won't be continuing where I left off. Id be tying some loose ends with a time-skip and explain what has happened in the meantime.

As usual, you can send me messages and stuff, I'd be glad to socialize with yall! Thank you for sticking around!

Hello!

I've been thinking about this for a while now and I've come to the conclusion that I will be setting my MarioSwap project officially on hold. I won't completely abandon it, because I'd love to sometime be able to bring life to the plans I have, but right now I don't have the time or inspiration to do it, or energy to share for this project. I might pick this up again after the new movie comes, or maybe sometime in the future, but I need to do this for myself and put the project on hold. As long as its officially on hold, the project and its things wont occupy and distract me in my mind, thus letting me concentrate fully on my book.

MarioSwap is above all else a fanfic project, and since I started writing my original book, that is what consumes my time and energy. I am not sorry about this, but I apologize for those who would've wanted me to continue this project.

I've had a lot of fun with MarioSwap, and I cherish the memories and things I had with it. Thank you all who have followed and supported this project.

I could share the plans I had, but only if people would be interested to know them.

For all the new and old followers, hello! I am here to remind you that most of the MarioSwap AU stuff is based on the fanfictions! The art I've made is just a small part of the whole AU, so if you're a reader type, I'd recommend reading the fanfics! There's a lot, and I really do want to continue the stories at some point, but right now I am busy with writing my original book. Either way, there's a lot to catch up on, and I hope you enjoy the journey!

Yes, Toadsworth is sort of a father figure to the twins. After their parents disappeared, he took the role of a parent.

Nope, Bowser isn't in love with Luigi, or Mario, in my AU. Luigi is dating Prince Peasley in the AU.

How would you imagine a Mario movie, but in your Mario Swap au?

I am sorry for the late reply, I forgot to answer tbh :'))

I had some ideas in my head for this! It would've gone pretty much the same as the movie, but with the swaps. Peach wouldn't be on a rescue mission, she just wants to go home, but probs decides to stay and help. Mario (Prince now) would still drop from the Rainbow Road like he does in the movie, Bowser would go for Luigi to get married bc they think Mario is dead (Luigi knows he isn't not his big bro!), and Peach would probs work with Toad?? Not too sure about that part, but I had these little details thought! :)

Tho I am looking forward to the new Mario & Luigi game, and hopefully it'll spark something so I can continue MarioSwap verse! No promises, though, I am pretty busy nowadays and I mostly concentrate my writing on my original book.

I do hope I get to continue MarioSwap at some point! My ideas might've been a little too big for me to handle, so I have to think things through before I continue anyway :')

Hi hi hello! I've been ok, a little chaotic in my personal life rn to be honest :')) I'll be moving soon, theres school, working my ass off (or should I say, tits off) for top surgery, and other stuff, so I haven't been that motivated or active here in this blog or writing MarioSwap, but I do have plans for it , don't lose hope on me just yet!

I've been writing my original book mostly, when I have had free time, but since there's the move and stuff, haven't been able to do that much either. I hope you're doing well!
