here's a list of programs/sites/whatever that were helpful to me when i was moving away from using spotify & back to downloading music:

soulseek - peer to peer downloading program, has most music you'd want. there's "rules" to it though and the UI is a little confusing, but you can figure it out. there's tutorials. i believe in you

cobalt.tools, ytiz.xyz, yt-dlp - mp3 downloaders, for the songs that you can't find on soulseek

musicbee - music player, extremely customiseable. reminds me of when i used itunes back in the day. has a lot of good features, including syncing music over to your phone

lastfm & listenbrainz - sites that keep track of your listening stats. i'd recommend this even if you still choose to use a music streaming service

syncedlyrics - cmd thing that gets you timed song lyrics, like the ones spotify has. there's no UI but it's easy enough to use. just grab the lyrics and timestamps it spits out and paste it into musicbee

music presence - program that shows what song you're listening to in your discord status, in case you use discord and enjoy the thought of other people seeing what you're listening to, which i do for some reason

i'm not going to lie to you and say that switching away from spotify/streaming services is an effortless task, it took me half a whole day of nonstop Work to get all my music downloaded and sorted out, but i will say that it was worth it!! and you should do it 👍 if you want to

I think the fact we don't know what happens to M1 after SOTM is really interesting. Because in the future it seemingly splits off into Vanny, GGY, Glitchtrap, and whatever else; I think these are all copies of the same program made for different things, but the question really is HOW this happened to F1ON4....

What we do know is 100% canon from GGY, because it's in SB rather than TFTP, is the patient 46 discs. These propose that GGY manipulated Vanessa and altered the animatronics' code etc.

Gonna put forward a theory here:

I think that glitchtrap's creation is from M1 being duplicated and used for the in-universe Help Wanted game, where it copied William Afton and sought to become a digitized version of him. This split further into GGY or outright became him (perhaps full possession, then becoming a part of the pizzaplex system and letting Gregory go rather than him being "freed". This maybe explains why he'd remember nothing compared to Vanessa remembering things, perhaps); GGY altered the M1 system of the Pizzaplex and manipulated Vanessa, creating what we know now as Vanny and causing the entire 'plex to become effected negatively.

Whether the storyteller still exists, or anything similar, we don't know right now; I think GGY was behind all of this personally though, and it'll be explained properly in a GGY-based game. Since we have 0 clue on the origins of GGY and also how F1ON4 went from that to corrupting the entire Pizzaplex... it just makes sense to me

SOTM Arnold and Faz Technician corpse photos

So to my surprise; that model that has been going around that is supposedly of Arnold’s full body, is actually a model of a Fazbear Technician’s corpse, specifically from recovery team 12, this model is basically the same model that is used for all the corpses

(however for most instances it’s just certain limbs that are rendered, only the parts that are seen are there, like for example the Birthday Puppy suit in the beginning only has the corpse’s arm rendered, the only instance of the full body being used is where it’s only wearing a Swing Bee head, also seemingly there is no head, there is what looks to be one, but it has the same texture as the back of the bee head, and it appears it’s just part of the bee head)

As for Arnold, his arms are different from the corpse model’s, instead of velcro sleeve cuffs he has sweater like sleeve cuffs, and no arm bands, the gloves are also different, notably on the corpse model the cuffs are yellow and extend past the wrists, while with Arnold they either cut off above the wrists and he is indeed black, or the cuffs of his gloves are brown (not quite sure which one).

the fact that in canon there's a very good chance Vanessa has no idea that Gregory was ever ggy or possessed or anything and she just never thinks about the messenger who was manipulating her again because she's focused on moving on in life, and the only thing keeping it at a chance and not canon is no blatant statement in a game bc everything points towards it. there's no way that she freed Gregory with balloon world being out of the way and Cassie is clueless about a lot (no hate to her) and Freddy was on ggys side and so was every other robot

this is how Tony Becker freeing Gregory in the games can be real and true and the best thing ever
