Random and Assorted Thoughts While Sleeping That While I Could Reasonably Fit Into Separate Posts, I’m Too Lazy.

1) Von has a lot of resilience, cause if i uploaded my first video on the second season of something and already people hate my va’s voice, i would’ve crashed out.

2) Nanae’s voice reminds me of Mokey’s from Fraggle Rock, this isn’t an insult whatsoever, i think it adds more charm.

3) There may be more than one video a day which means maybe more Survivorside more videos and IMMMM NOT AT ALL TERRIFIED.

4) People on twitter are very passionate about defending Von and Tetro, again, not an insult, it is a really great series after all, and there will be some bad apples, but it is kinda scaring me, I can’t for the life of me have that willpower and I think imma just retreat into my little cubby hole that is Tumblr

5) I, admittedly, kinda expected the backlash when it came to Nanae’s voice, people have. expectations, high ones i’d say, so if you give them something that doesn’t live up to it, then they’ll basically explode into anger and frustration, kinda glad that it’s only the YT side from what i can tell (in fact, every other side is either liking the voice of vehemently defending it, which is good) but you’ll never know.

Before I hit post limit reblogging too much, here are my speculations about Tenna's "irl age" as well as Spamton's:

Spamton is actually much easier to deduce than Tenna, so let's look at him first. According to wikipedia, "Gary Thuerk sent the first email spam message in 1978 to 600 people." If Spamton was therefore "born" in 1978, then in 2025 he'd be around 47 years old.

Sidenote: I hc the other four addisons to be slightly younger (although they'd still probably be at least in their late 30s imo since they're supposed to be Spamton's peers) but since I have no idea if they're based on any type of online advertisement in particular this part is 100% my speculation

Tenna is much more difficult to even ballpark because CRT televisions have been around since the 1920s (in prototype form, at least, according to wikipedia), and I don't think Tenna is that old of a tv set if the Dreemurrs own him

However, Tenna is a color tv (as shown at the end of chapter 2 when he's turned on again), and according to wikipedia, "...the first rectangular color CRTs to be offered to the public were made in 1963." So let's say he's the earliest public model of CRT released (if he was made earlier, he wouldn't have been sold to the public, ie: the Dreemurrs). That would mean he was "born" in 1963, making him around 62 years old in 2025

If deltarune takes place sometime in the 2020s, Spamton would be 42-52 and Tenna would be 57-67

Conclusion: they're both middle-aged/older men :^)

Drew my favourite carousel horse as Sleipnir and then that turned into drawing other horses from this carousel as figures from mythology/fantasy/folklore and now it won’t feel Complete unless I figure out something for the whole outer row, but there are 12 of them SOS

i am genuinely devastated, in part because i knew deep down that this was going to happen someway or another (the whole ‘i would kill myself so Sasaki could sleep.’ thing), and Wada just. not doing good. but honestly also because, out of all of the KGs that i’ve seen, they never delved into the aftermath of a KG, sure they may like. show a future foundation or a rebuilding towards hope but like.

not this time.

and it’s honestly really realistic, and it makes sense, especially as Wada especially has lost two of his main friend groups, and hadn’t even been fully treated for his conditions.
