20 notes: try to remember to change my dogs water n feed her every day

50 notes: sleep atleast 7h every day

100 notes: eat 3 meals per day every day + drink water every day

150 notes: shower atleast 3 times per week

200 notes: reach >6k steps atleast 2 days in a week

250 notes: reach >6k steps every day

300 notes: hold back on eating instant noodles for every meal

350 notes: meet up w atleast 3 different friends this summer

500 notes: stay clean from sh for 6 months

1500 notes: confront and try to talk again w an old friend i dont like anymore
