Study Time!
Hey guys as I told you last time, I urgently needed to organize my studying routine because exams are coming! This time I have already planned how I will do it. I printed all the worksheets and reading stuff for my Media Law exam. I realized I learn better directly from paper, so my first tip for you would be to analyze in which way you learn better. This could be really helpful.
My second tip would be to cheer you up to study with small presents. In my case I got this color markers to motivate me to write nice notes. It looks cozy and nice, and yes, I also got cookies (careful with the amount of these last one) 🍪😹❤️.
Another good idea is to plan something cool for the weekend! This way you will be motivated to work hard and when this day comes you can enjoy your break with no guilty feelings. In my case I will go tomorrow to a Van Gogh Immersive Experience 😍✨.
Last but not least, I wanted to tell you that is completely normal to not be perfect at your studying schedule. Being honest I still struggle with focusing and procrastinating. Yesterday I couldn’t study for many hours. I tell you this because I think it’s important to be honest and show you how real studying looks like.. So don’t feel bad if you fail sometimes at following your studying schedule. Somedays it will just be hard to concentrate and won’t go as planned but the key is to keep going!
Today I’m here again, about to start studying. So, don’t give up and just get started, once you do it’s easier to continue! I will update here how everything goes on the next days! I wish you good luck on your studying or any other plan you have for the rest of the week! 😊✨🌈✨.

Sunday morning. 5:30 am. It’s a nice way to start the day :) . Don’t ask me why I was awake at this time because I also don’t know. And also don’t think I did something after taking the video, I went back to sleep 😹.
For those who didn’t know, Sundays here are a true day off. Almost everything is closed, so you better make sure you go to the grocery store on Saturday or you will be left with nothing on the fridge until Monday. Well.. you can indeed find some place where you can go but it is always crowded..
The nice thing about Sundays being a day off is that you can truly feel the peaceful vibes everywhere you go. It is the perfect day to go to a park and just enjoy the day, maybe with a good book. Or also a nice option is to organize a cute picnic with some friends..
For me it was okay, I didn’t do much but still had a a good time. Now I am worried  because I feel I should be studying a lot instead of taking the day off. Soon exams are coming and I really need to stop procrastinating and focus. It has been hard to get used to this whole new reality and at the same time keeping up with classes and so on. With all this pandemic thing going on I wasn’t able to fly before the semester started, so I arrived in the middle of everything. Too many things happening and too many things to handle at the same time!
Anyways.. I think the right way to go right now is to organize a strict studying schedule and stick to it! I will keep updated on how it goes!
I hope your Sunday was also nice and I wish good luck on your tasks, have a nice week! ✨🌈

First month here. Homesick.
Well, I have been here for more or less a month. It has been full of experiences some amazing ones and some not that much. Everyone thinks studying abroad is all about having fun and freedom. And yes, a part of it is like that. But there’s also this loneliness feeling. Sometimes it feels like someone took you to another different galaxy. And nothing feels 100% real. Like you want to wake up from this.. weird dream-nightmare but then you realize you are awake. This is it.
You have somewhere to stay, but you can't call it home. And yes, you know people but you are not sure whom from these people you can really call friends.
At the same time is hard to talk with your family and friends and have to tell them that you are doing absolutely great and happy, because you don’t want them to worry about you and because they are feeling so proud that you don’t want to let them down.
I guess nobody realizes this part until going through it. And I also guess it is a matter of time for it to get better. Not everything has been bad, as I said, there have been other amazing experiences.
Maybe I just wanted to write about this because I feel there’s so much people going through it and we barely notice it. So if you have any friend or relative living abroad, don’t forget to check on him or her once in a while. It really helps.
