Blacephalon, The Crystal Jester. (🎆)

This Blacephalon is from an alternate reality where Necrozma destroyed and currently rules over Alola, containing few pokemon Survivors. Blacephalon is a creation of Necrozma, and a member of their elite crystal council, or the Crystal Kings Court, Depending on who you ask. They’re Chaotic and a loose cannon, often using explosives or fire to dispose of things, and they’re absolutely evil. They have an immense hatred for the aether foundation, and enjoy conning people, taking advantage of them at their weakest. They’re not above manipulating as well.

However, due to being a creature created by Necrozma, they have some abnormalities, such as only feeding off of life force and light, other food like items getting converted to the latter.

While being powerful, they prefer to toy and mess with their opponents instead, often To their own detriment.

they’re also quite egotistical, not as much as one of their fellow council members Stakataka, but enough to where it can be their downfall.

They also have a special reaction to shards of Necrozma, in which it can change their body, giving them crystaline wings. They have not had to use this power often, and don’t plan to unless they have to.

They also have a disliking towards humans, stemming from some memories they refuse to talk about.

Character Bio: Flora Izumi (🌹)

Hailing From Sinnoh, With their starter Crush, A Grotle at the Time and Foliage the then Rowlet, Flora eventually went to Kitakami, to intern at a flower shop. In was then in Kitakami where they met Pitcher (Victrebel, then Bellsprout), Matcha (Polchageist),Trickster (Nuzleaf), Then was given A shiny applin as a gift from their now fiancée as a gift, which they named caramel and evolved into dipplin later. Appearence: Medium Length Red Hair, Green Sweater, Shirt in the warmer seasons. (🐸:Wanted to give flora a rose motif, too bad roserade isn’t in kitakami)

Personality:Nurturing, to Pokémon, people and Plants, But a bit of a horrible cook. (🐸:Admittedly, this trait was stolen from Yor Forger) But, they can occasionally have their head up in the clouds a bit too often.

Character Bio: Rookie Cortar (⭐️)

Note:⭐️=Shiny. Name: Rookie Cortar, Aged 13.

Appearence: Lavender Ponytail, Yellow Vest Bearing the Uva academy’s uniform, with a white shirt and white gloves. They occasionally wear glasses, but prefer contacts instead.

Bubbly and Friendly, but is often taken by surprise. While they can use formal language, they tend to Lean towards more casual language. An Ex-Member of Team Star, they are on not terrible, but not Buddy-Buddy terms with the group. They’re fascinated with the cosmos, hoping to encounter the Meteor Pokémon, Minior one day.

Only Relative Shared Online has been Ex-Rocket Member, The Masked Phantump as Their Uncle, but they seem to have a Father-Daughter Relationship. This has caused rookie to be the target of a revenge attempt by team rocket on masked. Current Pokémon Owned:

Mariachi (Crocolor)-Gift From Star Boss Mela. The Glue that holds the team together.

Vandal (Shroodle)-Starter Pokemon. Can be a trickster at times.

Cupcake (Maschiff)-Encountered in a raid den, protective of their comrades. Tera-Fairy.

Floss (Flaaffy ⭐️)-Encountered Outside Cortando, Said to be ‘Their Trainer As A Pokémon’ in terms of personality

Bubbles (Marill) - Encountered During Training Session. Timid, and Prefers to be Alone, Rather Then Interacting With The Others.

Chestnut (Chespin) -Gift From Masked. Energetic, And Always looking for a fight. Sadly Cannot Evolve, Due to lack of energy.

Auto (Cyclizar)-Gluttonous, But Powerful if given motivation.

Character Bio: The Masked Phantump (🎭)

NAME:???, Known only by their Ailas, The Masked Phantump.

Appearence: Typically Seen In Public Wearing a Trenchcoat, A Black glove with a keystone and a smudged team rocket logo, a Prosthetic Arm that appears to have the ability to change into a small arm cannon, the only known use is for boosting the thrown range of pokeballs. and A (LED as of recent events) Mask Mimicking a Trevenant. No other outfits have been known.

Personality: Morally Grey, And Cold and Intimidating during their time at Rocket, but they appear to care deeply for Rookie, and to a lesser extent, beginning trainers. The two having a father daughter like relationship. They’re extremely intelligent, and have a bit of an ego.

An Ex-Member of Team Rocket, due to recent events, they now work as a freelance scientist, based in lumiose. However, they have been targeted by team Rocket before, Using a Serum that Phantump Developed to turn The only known relative of the Ailias, Rookie Cortar into a Mareep. During a battle with the leader of the Attack, Dr Acero, they managed to swipe the cure from Acero, however, this caused Phantump to lose their arm.

Relatives: While not much info on the one behind the mask has been gathered, it seems they are the uncle to Rookie Cortar, A Student at the Uva Academy.

Team: While Owning Several Other Pokemon, The Team They use in serious battles has been the following.
