Sovereignty Governance Determination
Individual or personal self determination is different to collective self determination. Collectively here has yet to be agreed on what self determination would be for the indigenous communities... what structures are being put in place and which of these structures are needed - Above and beyond the class action? What are the roles of the Representive both provincial and national? Please keep in mind that self determination is not independent from SA governance; it would mean that indigenous communities/ people abide by the law of the country. Sovereignty; the authority to rule. In political theory, the ultimate overseer, or authority, in the decision-making process of the state and in the maintenance of order. ... the term was originally understood to mean the equivalent of supreme power. Sovereignty has two basic aspects 'external' and 'internal'. Internally speaking it means that state has supreme power over the people within its domain and externally it implies complete freedom from foreign rule. Sovereignty over the same territory cannot reside simultaneously in two different authorities, that is, sovereignty is indivisible. Sovereignty cannot be divided without ceasing to be sovereignty proper, and precisely this quality of being indivisible distinguishes sovereign authority from other forms of political power. Dividing sovereignty between two or more authorities within a given state would therefore be to dissolve that state into parts. The indivisibility of sovereignty is thus a necessary condition of the unity of the state.

Self Determination
There can only be self determination if there is emancipation. Right now the Indigenous leadership has no idea that emancipation is to be free of Foreign political and legislative laws. In South Africa it’s the extremely opposite... total enslavement in Foreign Policy and Zero co-operation amongst the self elected representatives. Only way for self determination to take place is in education for us by us across the lines of social divisions. For the self determination of indigenous peoples and communities: 1) we need to find common ground in identity for going forward 2) governance programmes need to be instituted in school for students - sports/ culture/ arts / business and finance /organisation and leadership ethics / health / education/ food etc - We find that there’s more of assimilation by leadership for fear of being left out / not being black enough instead of being African. - There’s a gross political immaturity among the leaders who are not involving communities in indigenous identity awareness activities or supporting community members actively involved with indigenous knowledge systems and education. 3) sharing and protecting our resources: collectively the amount of legal knowledge among the leadership for self determination is overwhelming , yet they cannot find a common way forward for fears of being snaaied by your fellow people. - Unfortunately the indigenous leadership are suffering from inferiority complex where they are too willing to assist non-indigenous people in representing indigenous communities and peoples on an international platform! Not to mention the fraudulent misrepresentation by false chiefs and leadership claiming on an international platform. We should be preparing our YOUTH to represent our communities and people as our ambassadors; (NOT the Pensioners!) - not just in the arts (cooning: to make use of indigenous culture to deter from important issues) - Policy and governances 1) Food sovereignty vs Food Governances Policy to Act - no Representive in any of the meetings 2) IKS Policy to Legislation- no Representive 3) Health practioner & Healthcare Policy to Legislation - no Representive 4) Agriculture and Rural development - no Representive 5)Education - no Representive And so the list goes on... From this point of view they are not working for or with the people or community! - It’s about segregation from the communities and money raising organisations with indigenous “group” names. - Indigenous communities are identified according the area they from.... not segregated groups of people belonging to organisations. - Leaders are people known and elected by the community they Representive of or live in and have regular meetings with the community. - The leadership is not your religious conduits of confusion but someone who is doing the actual grassroots activities of disseminating information; establishment of food networks feeding people; community team building activities etc. If you want to end the struggle you will have a plan... Without a plan; without Unity; the struggle continues...🎭

A Mind Filled with Deceit and the Heart Full of Distrust
It begins with putting a spin on things. It's never an outright lie but always an untrue statement, a smart comment, the twist in the tale... never a lie; a lies is too obvious, too blatant. -They need to be trusted.- The psychological abusive person is an insecure person who projects their fears in the abuse. Mental, emotional and physical stress are the working products of the abuser. It's worse when children are involved as pawns or as objects of leverage during this time and aggravation being the motive. - Before you become unworthy; they are unworthy- It's generally the question nobody knows the answer to: "can you guarantee the future" "can you predict the future" "Am I Not Important Enough" With children it will be: "And what about me?" "Do you not love me too" "Do you not miss me too" - because I do -

Memoirs of an Abused Husband
Reading the messages of help offered to abused people during the lockdown made realise most people only know of physical abuse... Only thing worse than physical abuse is the abuse that cannot be seen or comprehend... emotional abuse, mental abuse or psychological abuse The trend is the same... to isolate the person or persons being abused. How many people do know the signs of psychological abuse?!
