A guide to clearer skin . Happy Friday folks! We made it! Another week of lockdown, half-term is over and now we prepare for more home schooling. 😭. Sunday plans loading.... 1. Finish cleaning the house. 2. Finish the washing. 3. Plan the upcoming weeks meals. 4. Exfoliate. 5. Moisturise 6. Relax. . . The reality for most mums is that the work continues throughout the week-end. The children need tending to, house needs cleaning, food shop and prep needs doing. . But its also healthy to add a little dose of selfcare. Something thats quick but effective. I do a weekly clay face mask, have a shower using our Elbows, Knees & Toes because the pumice will remove dirt and dead skin whilst the blend of organic Shea butter, coconut and castor oil will soften and condition my skin. I follow with a moisturiser and as a special treat one of our l new body oils (coming soon). The whole thing takes 15/20 minutes, so little time yields a great result and I can get back to my babies feeling beautiful and refreshed. Everybody wins. . .
