4 months left till 2022
I keep feeling I've lost hope in life. I have nothing to saying I've achieved something in life. I haven't set goals that I can tick off if I did either I wasn't ready to accomplish it or me being lazy.
I told myself to stop being miserable and start enjoying your life. Invest what you love.
Some Goals I want to achieve by 2021
1.Passed my theory
2. Set up company house ✅
3. Set up ebay✅
4. Set up Amazon
5. Studies about house rent and buy. ✅
I am officially ready to finish of my 2021 with exciting entries to 2022.

Self doubt.
Why is it very hard to think one second you can't achieve anything in life?
Why are we so hard on ourselves? We put too much hate on our mind and body which makes our mind and body feel unloved.
We start to feel negative and hateful towards ourselves.
How can I overcome this hate,negative and self doubt?
I know what I need to do. However it's the action I'm too lazy to put in the effort. That's what putting myself far behind. This is what making not achieving my goals. This is what making me feel bad and unloved.
How can I stop being lazy and put action to achieve my goals?
I wish I have someone who is knowledgeable and understanding to talk too.

Midnight Thoughts!
Every night I get this urge of motivation to get my life together. I don't know why and how this always happens to me. It really frustrate me because I'm no where near my achievement goals.
I have alot to accomplish in life from
Losing weight (-30kg)💪
Career 🧚‍♀️
Driving🚘
Marriage 💏💍
Kids 🤰🤱🍼👶
How the heck can I fit all this in reality but not in my head.
I need my night motivation in the morning because I know I can bring my dreams into reality by taking actions. It will take time but baby steps aye.👸

My mind is hurt with sadness.
I never thought in my life I would be in this state or even think about being sad. Life can be cruel to you for some reason. It doesn't want you to smile or even have it easy.
You plan your destiny by dropping bullets points. That doesn't turn out to be straightforward. You wish alot of things to become true but that wish isn't straightforward either. You pray and cry out loud for your wish to become true. That's taking it's time to deliver.
Nothing is straightforward let's put it that way.
I've planned,wished and prayed and NOTHING came true. Some reason I'm stuck in hole. I can't seemed to get out from this dull hole that's making feel depressed and stopping me achieving my goals.

What's making me lose weight.

In this lockdown I've shed some weight without releasing. So I've come to conclusions is to write down what I've been eating through out the week.
Morning
Starbucks ice latte with 2x pumps of caramel syrup.

This really fills me up and don't get hungry by 2PM.
Lunch I have few options

Chicken or veg stir-fry
Chicken Pasta
Grill chicken with salad
Grill chicken with roast veg
Chick-peas salad
Dinner I have something light

Fish with parsley sauce with wholemeal bun
Snack I really keep it simple

Oranges
Last thing I try to intake 2L of water I hate drinking water so I intake flavoured sugar free water.

2020 my vibe went like this......
2020 made me think differently about life. We tend to forget about our surroundings and do what were normally train to do on this earth. "Sleep, Eat & Work" that's what we are trained to do in this world right?
2020 made me step back and think about.
1. Positive- change the way we think and bring out the positivity to the atmosphere.
2. Health- change the unhealthy eating habits and eat better by getting rid of process food and buy wholesome nutrition food. Train you taste bud to fall in love with proper food.
3. Remove what's blocking your path from achieving your goals.
4. Keep in contact with friends and family. As we all were in lockdown. Communication is the key to stay active and not feeling lonely or depressed. Surround yourself with positive and happy people.
I hope you guys can intake these valuable key points into your day to day life.
