Welcome to #WafflesRentals!

This new Challenge/Collaboration will come with an exciting prize ~

2 winners for a Sims 4 Kit of your choice!

The Challenge entry deadline is the last Sunday of June, the 29th.

The rules:

• Use #WafflesRentals when uploading your rooms

• Be a member of PlanetSims: discord.gg/planetsims

• In your description list what apartment in the overall build your room belongs in.

• No pack restrictions

• Do not remove anything that is already in the room you choose re: any pre-existing windows, objects or walls. Exceptions: Replacing the door for a door you feel fits better. You may add more windows at your discretion.

• Rooms must feel lived in, occupied, etc. please fill them as full as you feel is necessary to achieve this without causing sim routing errors. (Rooms that feel empty and not well decorated will be requested to be fixed, or may not be considered for entry)

• Please playtest your room before uploading to the gallery.

• Rooms should look well thought out and nice while messy/dirty isn't off the table, please avoid making them look poorly maintained, or downtrodden. (It's supposed to be a nice apartment complex)

Entries and winning:

You may select up to 3 raffle tickets worth of rooms. The system is set up as follows:

*Standard rooms are worth 1 entry. Rooms larger than 7x7 are worth 2 entries. The penthouse living space, the pool and the backyard are worth 3 entries.*

You are welcome to do more rooms if you're feeling inclined, but you will only receive a maximum of 3 tickets.

After the 29th Glovely1, ShellyE1 and I will be getting together to discuss our favorite rooms for a showcase that will happen on the 13th of July. We will include as many rooms as possible, including doing gallery shout outs for those that do not fit into the build itself (due to the limited space)

After the Twitch stream showcase on the 13th of July a wheel will be spun to choose the winner. I will then @ you on planetsims to discuss your choice of Kit! Please respond within 48 hours to claim your prize.
