So I wanted to talk a bit about the various Vapes I have tried as well as mention my current favorite.
I started out with this little Lead Buddi TH420.

Now this was the first vape that I have ever used and I really enjoyed it but the cartridge spot is not big enough to hold an Ilera cart and the charging spot is placed in an inconvenient location. It does use magnets to hold the carts in tho which is nice.
The next vape I tried was another one from Leaf Buddi which was the TH 720.

This one fits all of the carts and can be used for dry leaf and concentrates which I have not quite gotten the grasp of yet. It also uses magnets but the carts that I use are all lose in there so I am too nervous to carry this one around at all.
There was one between these and my favorite but I cannot find it at the moment so I will make a post about that one later. I will also make another post more in depth about my favorite vape later on but I want to mention it here. My favorite is currently my ELF auto draw vape.

I love this little guy so much. It heats when I inhale which is much easier for me to use when I have a panic attack. It does not fit Ilera cartridges but that has just given me an excuse to Branch out and try some more brands.

So to discuss another strain/cartridge that I am a big fan of. Ilera's Dream mix tastes like root beer and really does help me with sleep. One of the things that I really enjoy about it is how smoothly it goes down. The downside to Ilera cartridges though is that they do not work in my auto draw vape that I have for when I have panic attacks so the Ilera strains are mainly used at home for sleepy time purposes.

I have been talking with people recently about medical marijuana. I mean, I am honestly open to talking about any of the medications that I am on or have taken so this is not really out of the ordinary for me. Talking with people about this specifically though has made me realize that I am very lucky that I get to try this form of treatment. I know that it is typically framed in media that just about anyone can get a card, hell even my own brother thinks that only addicts get and use the medical stuff, but everyone else that I know that has applied has gotten rejected for various reasons. It just makes me feel very lucky that I had a doctor that was willing to try it with me and that I am in a position where I could afford it because it is not a cheap process getting the card or buying the medicine. I just feel kind of feel really lucky because after going through a bunch of different medications that did not help I have finally found something that does and that makes me feel so relieved, happy, and lucky.

So I will be working through strains I have tried in the past but I just wanted to mention one of the newer strains I have tried which is Sojay Haze. My cartridge was specifically from Cresco but from what I have heard it is a fairly popular strain. I got it to help with my panics. I have about one a day but usually about 3 a day and sometimes I just have them for entire days. There are days when I cannot leave the house without having to push through one. I had honestly just accepted the fact that this was how it was going to be. Then I learned that apparently THC can help to treat panic attacks and even improve them over the long term so I could have less. I cannot speak to if that works yet but I can say that this strain stops my attacks at the very beginning. It is very effective. It is one of the terpenes that helps to do this and it is complimented by the rest of terpene profile for Sojay Haze. This is one that leaves you feeling a little buzzed so it might not help with a panic attack while driving but it helps significantly and the calm lasts for a few hours. Overall, I think it might be one of my favorite strains although it does not taste the best and is not quite as smooth as some other strains that I have tried.

This blogs purpose is to exist as a place for me to catalog my thoughts and have an easy reference place for my experiences with medical marijuana. I will be discussing how I react to certain strains and how those strains help with my mental state. I suffer from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and panic attacks and was prescribed medical marijuana about 6 months ago.
