I think the key to appreciating the Knives Out movies is accepting that they take place in a setting where “world’s greatest detective” is something a person can be rock-star-level famous for. Everything proceeds from that. “Oh, but it’s not plausible that the Louvre would let Elon Musk rent the Mona Lisa” like, maybe not in our world, but that doesn’t matter. So, as a huge fan of his, here's some that I'll recommend to you: "Dune", "The French Dispatch" (directed by Wes Anderson, which I think you'll like given your blog is based by "The Grand Budapest Hotel"), "The King", "Call Me By Your Name" (also directed by Luca Guadagnino), "Beautiful Boy" and "Miss Stevens". You definitely won't regret it!

thank u so much for the recommendations !! i’ve already seen dune and the french dispatch, but the king has actually been on my list for ages and i might be the only person on the entire internet who has never seen cmbyn so i definitely have to fix that asap :)
