If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

Textures of Time

It took a while but it came
And it came in time
Time as a flow of events
Time as an opportunity
To do good to everyone
To show love
To be kind
To be patient
(Oh, so patient it hurts!)
Time to pray
To respond in obedience
To the leading of the Holy Spirit
To let the fire of the Holy Spirit blaze forth
To constantly resist the evil within and without
To silence thoughts that lie and bear false witness
To take out that log in our eyes
To plough the hard ground of our hearts
To wait for the day when the mouths of those who speak lies are silenced
To not let the principalities, the powers, the spiritual wickedness
In high places win over our minds and hearts
Time to consult Jesus our savior and mediator
On every thought that takes root
Every word we seek to speak
Every action we want to take
Time to rest under God’s protection and love
To trust God with all our hearts
And to not lean on our own understanding
For attached to every human mind
Is a spirit you can’t see but can know
When you pause and say
“I place every thought, every emotion,
Every pressing desire within me in Jesus’ hands”
Time to praise God for salvation, for deliverance,
For forgiveness, for reconciliation, for might
To praise Him for our automatic body functions,
For life, for creation, for love, for beauty, for struggle, even for pain
To praise Him for the wonders of the spiritual and physical realms,
For the subtleties and complexities of being, of life
Time as an opportunity to draw near to God
And for God to draw near to us

Testimony

The body is not the soul and the spirit. The soul is not the body and the spirit. The spirit is not the body and the soul. But all three entities combined make us human; man or woman. One of the many reasons why you and I are fearfully and wonderfully made.
For we are more than flesh, blood, and bones. That’s why you can talk to yourself. That’s why you can have pep talks with yourself and whip yourself out of states of lethargy, and other states of being.
But when you talk to yourself, are you always talking to yourself? When you have those mental debates, are you really alone? Or are you engaging with thoughts and emotions that are not all your own? Do you know?
Do we decide our conception? Do we decide when we are born? Do we decide how we are born? Do we decide if we should even be born? Do we choose our birth parents? Do we know who knows us so well, that He knew us even before we were formed in the womb?
Remix
You know how the desert by its very nature can make your compass dance so that you lose your bearings? Well, sometimes, life, by its very nature is like that when you take God out of the picture.
And when I rebelled against God and turned to my own ways, I lost my bearings and didn’t know it. But I tackled the confusion with elusive hope. I kept fanning the sparks of lies for flames, and when I began to suffocate in the smoke, I found something else to do.
They say, the human spirit is hard to break. But have you ever gotten to that point in life where it gets so bad that though you claim you don’t believe in Jesus, you still go down on your knees and pray to die? That point in life where grabbing life by the throat and staying alive doesn’t make sense anymore?
No? Just me?
Well, when I got to that point, that’s when God said:
“Ok, child, it’s time for you to know
that the moment you realize
that everything that has been happening
to you is spiritual
that will be the beginning
of your deliverance.”
And when I finally saw what God revealed, I knew immediately that turning my back on Jesus was the biggest mistake of my life. Boy! Am I glad that Jesus didn’t give up on me! So glad that He came to the rescue. I am so grateful, that He is solidly faithful and absolutely loving, even when I was faithless and my thoughts, words, and actions were an abomination to Him.
The moment I saw what I saw, and heard what I heard, every question I had ever had concerning this life, this existence was answered. My search for meaning ended. I found the truth I had been seeking, and it was Jesus Christ. I could not believe it. It took a while for it to sink in that believers in Jesus were indeed on the right track.
But God came to the rescue and confusion fled. Endless restlessness and dissatisfaction disappeared. Chronic diseases I had begun to accept as normal just stopped like they never existed.
Alone in my room, deliverance began to occur. As I prayed in my solitary space pleading my case, the Lord worked on me day and night, nonstop, purging my body, my soul, and my spirit of all the filth that clung to them, of everything that kept me bound and blind, of the evil that I had brought on myself through sins I harbored in my heart and practices of various forms of chakra and kundalini meditations and astrology.
I was using meditation practices to solve anger issues, to keep calm in moments of stress. That’s how it began. But the more I meditated, the more I needed to meditate. Soon, I was meditating to open my third eye, a lie from hell. That 3rd eye, whatever it is, did open, and that’s when things got worse. Using astrology to understand my personality and see into the future became an obsession.
Little did I know that astrology is actually a form of divination, and meditation is a form of mediumship. The various physical, mental, and emotional states meditation allows you to enter actually opens doors for demons to inhabit your body and soul and to torment you in ways you could never imagine possible. And getting them out is an endless battle. These practices are forbidden by God (Deuteronomy 18:10-14 ).
God is the only one who knows the future of anything
And He knows it even before it is formed.
Dedicated prayer to Jesus is the surest path to deliverance.
Only Jesus can deliver us from demons,
and His name brings them to their knees. ( Philippians 2:9)
Even if you don’t know how to pray and you ask God to teach you, He will give you the exact words to pray for your case.
Just be honest with God. Humble yourself before Him. He knows you better than you know yourself. And He loves you.
My deliverance from evil spiritual powers that held me bound was a shocking experience. I didn’t even know I was in spiritual bondage. I only knew that I was suffering mentally, physically, and emotionally. But I couldn’t clearly explain what was happening to me. I couldn’t name my problem at the time. It was strange. The truth, is strange. And it is strange because we live in a world filled with incredible lies. So much so that people cannot fathom the fact that God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, angels, and demons do exist. They are all real! I don’t blame them! I didn’t believe it too until I saw what I saw, and hear what I now hear. My life has changed forever!
At my lowest point, I isolated myself from everyone and prayed to God every day for months for help and He answered me, and helped me; He guided me, and delivered me, and healed me. I now know that He never abandoned me even when I rejected Him. I am in awe of God’s love, His patience, His generosity, His magnificence.
I am so relieved that I was wrong and that Jesus is right. He is the Son of God. Jesus is indeed the only way to God, the Father. He is the only truth. And the only life. He is the only one who can save us from our folly and our eternal damnation.
My soul and my spirit are finally at peace. The chronic overthinking has stopped. The flesh, however, is where the battle continues, as it wars against, the Holy Spirit. But He who began a good work in me, will complete it.
This life is temporary. 70 plus years is nothing compared to eternity. If God is out of your life, where will you spend eternity? Because it is real, whether you believe in it or not. Seek God, while He may be found. For all who seek Him with all their heart will find Him.
The Lord bless us, and keep us. The Lord make His face shine on us, and be gracious to us; the Lord turn his face toward us and give us peace.

Strange World-Strange Life - Part 2

Truth, they say, is stranger than fiction; and in the world we live in now, it is. Well, I guess it’s always been the case, since the beginning of time, that the absolute truth has always been indeed stranger than lies. Maybe, that is why Jesus, Son of God, used parables to teach God’s word and God’s ways.
Verses from the first chapter of the book of John testify about Jesus saying:
In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
He was with God in the beginning.
Through him all things were made;
without him nothing was made that has been made.
In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.
The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
… The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world.
He was in the world, and though the world was made by him, the world did not know him.
He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.
Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
… For the law was given through Moses;
but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.
… John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!”
…Then John gave this testimony:
“I saw the Spirit come down from heaven as a dove and remain on him. And I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, ‘The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’ I have seen and I testify that this is God’s Chosen One.
In his conversation with Nathanael in the same chapter, Jesus said:
“You believe because I told you I saw you under the fig tree. You will see greater things than that.” He then added, “Very truly I tell you, you will see ‘heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man.”
Everyone who gets to hear the full story of Jesus Christ…about his birth, his life on earth, his teachings, his prophesies, his crucifixion and death; and his resurrection from death and ascension to heaven, as told in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, in the Holy Bible, and genuinely believes it all … and acknowledges Jesus as the Son of God, as Lord and Saviour of the world and of their life… however that belief process happens, that person goes through a supernatural rebirth. A rebirth by God’s Holy Spirit who comes to indwell them, and guide them through life. This process is unseen, but it is more real than what we can see.
For we are indeed fearfully and wonderfully made by God (Psalm 139:14). Our being consists of a body, a soul, and a spirit. A blessing in First Thessalonians 5:23 says: Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
This truth of us being made up of body, soul, and spirit can be found throughout the Holy Bible; and I believe it because I have experienced the power of Jesus on all three levels of my being. This experience has completely changed my view of the world, how the world works, and all that happens in this world.
Before my return to Jesus, I didn’t even know that my soul was something that could be tampered with, until some persons tampered with it without my knowing or even understanding what was happening. I had no clue what 'a state of being' really meant until mine became strange to me. Something was happening to me, and I couldn't name it at the time. I got so confused that I eventually prayed to God in desperation, asking Him to help me understand what was happening to me. And to my utter surprise, God answered my prayers in ways I could never have imagined possible. The various interventions of God pointed me directly to Jesus Christ.
I now know without a doubt that everything Jesus said and taught is the absolute truth. The spiritual realm of God as Jesus describes it throughout the gospels is real. It exists. For I have seen His truth at work, and it is marvelous to behold. It has left me in a state of permanent surprise and in awe of God. It has made me realize that all that I thought I knew, all the philosophies of men, was nothing…a chasing after the wind. And now, even if I know anything at all from the lessons I have learned, my knowledge is in part. Ongoing. God is still working on me. I am incomplete.
But one thing remains absolutely certain. One thing remains perfectly true: Jesus Christ is who he claims to be. He is the Son of God. And he did come to earth in human form. The teachings of Jesus are the absolute truth. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to God except through him (John 14:6).
The powerful, yet subtle presence of the Holy Spirit, the spirit of truth, in a person’s life guides them through God’s word in the Bible, through prayer, and through life experiences to notice the things that are unseen; and He helps them to understand these things according to the person’s needs and to address them where necessary. This is the work of God, the gift of God to all who believe in Him. For God is Love; and His love for us is pure, perfect, and true. And it is God who helps us to truly love others as we love ourselves. And true love is spiritual.
So now, I have a better understanding of what Paul meant when he said
…the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:18).
He was talking about God’s spiritual realm. It is real. It exists. It is based on true love. And I invite you, dear reader, in all your seeking in this world, to seek Jesus Christ too. For you will encounter Him when you genuinely seek Him, and you will never regret it.
The Lord bless us
and keep us;
the Lord make his face shine on us all
and be gracious to us;
the Lord turn his face toward us
and give us peace. Amen.
(Numbers 6:24-26)

Strange World - Strange Life - Part 1

I don’t really know exactly when or how it started, but I can remember being filled with a seething anger, an unquenchable rage almost all the time. I am 40 now, and I am thinking that it started right after age 4, because that’s when something traumatic escalated to breaking point. My parents got divorced, and life as I knew it changed forever.
It happens. Life is tough, they say. Suck it up, they say. And we all do, don’t we? We all suck up the trauma that life flings at us. But here’s the thing. The nasty things that happen to us as we go through life don’t roll off our backs like water on a duck’s feathers, do they? For many of us, they stick. They stick like glue, and they open doors to hell. And hell is real; so are dragons and demons. They attach themselves to the thoughts and emotions we experience during trauma. They attach themselves to our wounds, and then like vampires, they feed our confusion, our anger, our pain, our insecurities, our hatred, our pride, our bitterness, our obsessions, our malice, our vindictiveness, our unforgiveness, our self-righteousness and feast on the fruits these bear.
They feed our negative states of being by causing cycles of situations, thoughts, words, and actions to occur in our lives so that they can inhabit our bodies and souls, so that they can intensify our emotions, and manipulate and control our thought patterns, our inclinations, and our desires. And this happens because we do live in a fallen world. A world that is under a curse. A world filled with demons and all manner of evil.
But it’s not all gloom and doom, is it? There are good moments, cherished memories too. We may not be perfect, but we can do good too. We can do good things for ourselves and for others; and we do; more often than we think. There are people who show us and others kindness, love, patience, compassion, gratitude, generosity, faithfulness, love... They aren’t perfect, but they refresh us, they are the salt of the earth to us. The people who bring flavour to our lives. Through them God blesses us.
It’s just that, there be some of us walking this earth who have got gangs of demons tormenting our bodies, our souls, and our lives without our knowing it. We think it is all our fault; but it is indeed true that “we [humans] do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12). We always seem to be fighting something outside of ourselves, usually other people, but the battle also rages within us. The evil within that torments us.
For real, there are evil spirit-persons (demons) who cause us to think evil thoughts, to commit evil acts, and to delight in that which is evil in God’s sight. That’s why Jesus said, “Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble! Such things must come, but woe to the person through whom they come!” (Matthew 18:7). Humans are not the only persons in this world. Demons have personalities and intents too, and they are persons without bodies. They are spirits. They are not human. They are bad air with personalities and attitudes. If you happen to know that they are real too, don’t be fascinated with them and their tricks intended to deceive, to ensnare humans to engage in evil thoughts, words, and actions.
Rather, know that for every demonic encounter you have, for every supernatural hardship and tribulation the haters, the demons throw at you, Jesus is also right there to patiently and lovingly help you to overcome it mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, no matter who you are and what you believe as a human being. You only need to call on His name. You only need to say: “Jesus, Son of God, please help me.” And it is done. For His name is indeed the only name above all names. So that at the mention of the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11).
And indeed, prayer has taught me that every knee does bow, and every tongue does confess that Jesus is Lord; for these are matters of the spiritual realm (unseen and exists) which control our physical realm (seen and exists). For “By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.” (Hebrews 11:3). We cannot see spirits or things of the spirit, in the same way we cannot see air; but they are there; and they are active in our lives, in the same way we feel the wind and see its actions on physical matter.
Some may argue, that if demons are the ones causing us to sin, to commit evil, how then are we humans responsible for what we do? Well, if someone is tempting you to do something that you know is wrong or right and you do it, who is to blame or to take credit for your decision to do it and actually doing it? You or the tempter / temptress? Both of you are responsible for the fruits of your words and actions. Both of you are responsible. You and the demons are responsible for what you do.
If you don’t know that what you think, say, and do is wrong or right, or if you are forced to act against your will, God knows your situation better than you do. For we only see part of the picture of life. God sees the full picture. He knows what's causing you to think, say, and act the way you do. He knows what's tormenting you. He knows the complexity of being, of situations, and He understands. You only need to ask Him for help, for guidance, because He has given us the free will to do so.
God is just, He sees all, He knows all, and His judgment is perfect. The thing is, God has already judged the demons. They know their end, they know what awaits them in eternity, but you probably don’t. Only God knows your future. Only He can know. That's why it makes sense to put our trust only in God, in Jesus, in the Holy Spirit.

And He’s shown the path to Him, to truth, and to eternal life. In His own words, Jesus said, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17). Whoever you are, if you believe in Jesus and call to him to help you through a situation, He will say yes to you. You only need to ask and to humbly wait for him to respond. And in His own timing, which is always perfect, He will save you.
But (yes, there’s a ‘but’ with most things in this life) just as He said to those whom He healed while he was incarnate on earth “Go and sin no more.” He will ask the same of you: don’t go repeating or reliving those actions that got you into the mess in the first place. It’s common sense. I don’t even understand why people argue over repentance. It’s a good thing. It’s for our own good, our own healing. The fastest way to deliverance from the spirits that torment us is to repent, to turn away from evil, to reject evil, and to live in total obedience to God. Go and sin no more. Learn the lessons from your mistakes. When that demonic temptation comes knocking on the door of your heart, just say: “Not today, satan. Jesus, help me.” Jesus loves us more than we can ever imagine. He is God, He is the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end of all things.
And even if you don’t call on His name, God still helps us through this life anyway for He is full of patience, compassion, and love. “... he is kind to the ungrateful and to the evil.” (Luke 6:35). During those decades in my life when I didn’t care about God, He didn’t smite me with lightening for some of the abominable things that I did and said. Rather, he protected me and has led me to this point, where I am going on and on and on being preachy about his goodness. But, oh, He is so good. God is good. He is the one who sustains us through our tribulations, and He will give us justice for all the wrong done to us in His time. We really need to just trust the Creator who knows all.
I can only testify about what I have encountered. The truth is, God is real, Jesus is real, the Holy Spirit is real, and so is eternal life after physical death. For God never lies. If he says there is eternity, it is so. This life is temporary. Nothing lasts forever except the fruit of the Holy Spirit:
love,
joy,
peace,
patience,
kindness,
goodness,
faithfulness,
gentleness
and self-control.
And only the Holy Spirit can help us bear this fruit. It’s one fruit with many attributes. We only need to ask. Everyday, every time we struggle. That’s it. And we receive the Holy Spirit, the moment we believe in Jesus. It’s supernatural, unseen. With all that in mind, I’d say it is important in our searching in this life, to also seek God, and we will find Him. I have. He’s real and He is good.
Experience has taught me that my mention of Jesus will stir up a hornet’s nest of furious demons within for those who don’t believe. For all the irritation and rage the name of Jesus stirs up, and for all the reasons for anger and hatred against Jesus Christ, it is because of the power His name holds. Them demons knows it; but they will use every deception and distraction to make sure that you either ignore or doubt the truth when you encounter it. They will show you every lie, every form of confusion, be it in situations, actions, words, thoughts and confirmation bias to make sure that you seek help from anywhere else, anyone else, other than Jesus.
When you notice this happening, remember, “we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12).

Take it to God in prayer

What a friend we have in Jesus, All our sins and griefs to bear!
What a privilege to carry Everything to God in prayer!
Oh, what peace we often forfeit, Oh, what needless pain we bear,
All because we do not carry Everything to God in prayer!
Have we trials and temptations? Is there trouble anywhere?
We should never be discouraged— Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Can we find a friend so faithful, Who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus knows our every weakness; Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Are we weak and heavy-laden, Cumbered with a load of care?
Precious Savior, still our refuge— Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Do thy friends despise, forsake thee? Take it to the Lord in prayer!
In His arms He’ll take and shield thee, Thou wilt find a solace there.
What a Friend We Have in Jesus by Joseph M. Scriven, 1855

Revealer of Mysteries

In the second year of his reign, Nebuchadnezzar had dreams; his mind was troubled and he could not sleep.
So the king summoned the magicians, enchanters, sorcerers and astrologers to tell him what he had dreamed. When they came in and stood before the king,
he said to them, "I have had a dream that troubles me and I want to know what it means. "
Then the astrologers answered the king, "May the king live forever! Tell your servants the dream, and we will interpret it."
The king replied to the astrologers, "This is what I have firmly decided: If you do not tell me what my dream was and interpret it, I will have you cut into pieces and your houses turned into piles of rubble.
But if you tell me the dream and explain it, you will receive from me gifts and rewards and great honor. So tell me the dream and interpret it for me."
Once more they replied, "Let the king tell his servants the dream, and we will interpret it."
Then the king answered, "I am certain that you are trying to gain time, because you realize that this is what I have firmly decided:
If you do not tell me the dream, there is only one penalty for you. You have conspired to tell me misleading and wicked things, hoping the situation will change. So then, tell me the dream, and I will know that you can interpret it for me."
The astrologers answered the king, "There is no one on earth who can do what the king asks! No king, however great and mighty, has ever asked such a thing of any magician or enchanter or astrologer.
What the king asks is too difficult. No one can reveal it to the king except the gods, and they do not live among humans."
This made the king so angry and furious that he ordered the execution of all the wise men of Babylon.
So the decree was issued to put the wise men to death, and men were sent to look for Daniel and his friends to put them to death.
When Arioch, the commander of the king’s guard, had gone out to put to death the wise men of Babylon, Daniel spoke to him with wisdom and tact.
He asked the king’s officer, "Why did the king issue such a harsh decree?" Arioch then explained the matter to Daniel.
At this, Daniel went in to the king and asked for time, so that he might interpret the dream for him.
Then Daniel returned to his house and explained the matter to his friends Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah.
He urged them to plead for mercy from the God of heaven concerning this mystery, so that he and his friends might not be executed with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.
During the night the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a vision. Then Daniel praised the God of heaven
and said: "Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his.
He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.
He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him.
I thank and praise you, God of my ancestors: You have given me wisdom and power, you have made known to me what we asked of you, you have made known to us the dream of the king."
Then Daniel went to Arioch, whom the king had appointed to execute the wise men of Babylon, and said to him, "Do not execute the wise men of Babylon. Take me to the king, and I will interpret his dream for him."
Arioch took Daniel to the king at once and said, "I have found a man among the exiles from Judah who can tell the king what his dream means."
The king asked Daniel (also called Belteshazzar), "Are you able to tell me what I saw in my dream and interpret it?"
Daniel replied, "No wise man, enchanter, magician or diviner can explain to the king the mystery he has asked about,
but there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries.
He has shown King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in days to come. Your dream and the visions that passed through your mind as you were lying in bed are these:
"As Your Majesty was lying there, your mind turned to things to come, and the revealer of mysteries showed you what is going to happen.
As for me, this mystery has been revealed to me, not because I have greater wisdom than anyone else alive, but so that Your Majesty may know the interpretation and that you may understand what went through your mind.
"Your Majesty looked, and there before you stood a large statue —an enormous, dazzling statue, awesome in appearance.
The head of the statue was made of pure gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze,
its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of baked clay.
While you were watching, a rock was cut out, but not by human hands. It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed them.
Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were all broken to pieces and became like chaff on a threshing floor in the summer. The wind swept them away without leaving a trace. But the rock that struck the statue became a huge mountain and filled the whole earth.
"This was the dream, and now we will interpret it to the king.
Your Majesty, you are the king of kings. The God of heaven has given you dominion and power and might and glory;
in your hands he has placed all mankind and the beasts of the field and the birds in the sky. Wherever they live, he has made you ruler over them all. You are that head of gold.
"After you, another kingdom will arise, inferior to yours. Next, a third kingdom, one of bronze, will rule over the whole earth.
Finally, there will be a fourth kingdom, strong as iron —for iron breaks and smashes everything —and as iron breaks things to pieces, so it will crush and break all the others.
Just as you saw that the feet and toes were partly of baked clay and partly of iron, so this will be a divided kingdom; yet it will have some of the strength of iron in it, even as you saw iron mixed with clay.
As the toes were partly iron and partly clay, so this kingdom will be partly strong and partly brittle.
And just as you saw the iron mixed with baked clay, so the people will be a mixture and will not remain united, any more than iron mixes with clay.
"In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever.
This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain, but not by human hands —a rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces. "The great God has shown the king what will take place in the future. The dream is true and its interpretation is trustworthy."
Then King Nebuchadnezzar fell prostrate before Daniel and paid him honor and ordered that an offering and incense be presented to him.
The king said to Daniel, "Surely your God is the God of gods and the Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries, for you were able to reveal this mystery." Daniel 2:1-47

Testimony: I was once attached to astrology, first because it was fun to read, next, because I half believed it. Before I knew it, I was using it to figure out confusions in my life because nothing else worked. I had forgotten about prayer to God. Big mistake! Never again will I touch that which is an abomination on to the LORD.

Salvation
If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
As Scripture says, "Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame."
For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile —the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him,
for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
(Romans 10:9-13)
Testimony: It happened exactly as the Word of God said it would.
I called on the name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST
and all that kept me bound in chains fell off...
for the spiritual forces who kept me bound lost their power when Jesus took over
…and I believed...and I was saved...
and I’ve never been the same since.
Jesus, Son of God, came to earth to teach us about God’s ways, he was killed, but he conquered death and resurrected from the grave and ascended into heaven. He is now seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty and He answers all our prayers. We only need to ask and learn his teachings to guide our walk in this life.
See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ. For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority. Colossians 2: 8-10

Body in action

The body is such a wonderful invention,
And no replica can compare.
Formed and evolved by God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit,
It can suffuse you with joy and all manner of emotions,
Move with its own rhythm and melodic rhyme;
And offer you the gift of diarrhoea when you consume what it detests.
But even as it ejects the unspeakable from its system,
Thoughts may be shooting off in all directions,
And vibrations may be emitting legions of energy into space.
The body loves movement, and it’s always in action,
Just like the Universe, ever evolving;
For even when it seems to be as still as a rock, the mind is at work,
Filling your life with thoughts, and dreams, and all sorts of ideas,
Heart is pumping, blood is flowing, cells are networking,
Fingers are typing, toes are twitching,
Eyes are blinking, even in sleep.
Even in sleep.

Devoid of matter
Filled to the brim to the point of wanting nothing. What could I possibly tell you that you don’t already know? Become a do-gooder only to feel worse. Yeah, from what are you running? The desperate are not responsible for your welfare, Yet, even they may choose to bear you on their broken backs, Or make you singe yourself with loathing. Got a house guest called Ananse, Still you ask: “Who’s weaving this web?”. Rudy, from what are you running?

Bait me till I lose control
Make a mistake. Watch me say nothing. Do nothing. Hide your guilt by baiting me. Target my weaknesses. Catch me off guard. Reduce me to my lowest self. Delight in watching me lose my shit. Then tell me I have no self control. Baby, bait me till I lose control! Reduce me to my lowest self, Then straddle your high horse and condemn me to hell. To hell.
