Pictures...
Bare with me I do eventually plan to post pictures but I run from cameras, except for selfies. I know that photos will be a huge part of my journey though so I’m a get to it.

PCOS makes me a hater
I hate that I’m a woman that grows a bear, mustache and goatee.
Ok so its not super thick or anything but it is visible.  I have a low tolerance for pain so I do not want to have laser removal or anything.  Plucking hurts like hell but I try to always pluck my chin so I don’t get ingrown hair or razor bumps. Sometimes though a razor is the fastest, easiest choice to just get rid of it off of my face.  So I usually pluck chin, shave mustache, beard and goatee.

KILL PCOS plan of action
To combat weightloss I am starting a low carb diet.
To get my skin/acne under control I’m starting a Proactive regimen.
To better my body image and confidence I’m gonna hit the gym.
To gain self esteem I’m gonna try to be as positive as possible and not down myself.
To reduce hair growth, continue to pluck, shave, and nair everything until this whole diet weight loss thing kicks in and hopefully regulate my hormones enough that it decreases on its own.
To support myself I will share my journey, hopefully gain followers, meet new friends, and accomplish all my goals!

What I’m not going to do is this.  I’ve been prescribed Metformin countless times.  They want me to take about 2200 mg per day.  My body does not agree with Metformin at all, I get nauseated, I get explosive bowel movements tmi sorry.  I get muscle aches, lazy and tired, and even worst then all of those symptoms I GAIN WEIGHT...so I’m ditching my metformn.

Introducing me...
So I’m a 32 year old female suffering with PCOS, have been all my life diagnosed at about 21.  I have the irregular periods, pretty much were non existent all my life, averaging about 1 per year.  Then in 2012 they began to come more frequently about every 3 months fast forward to about 2014 I was averaging a 42-45 day cycle, now its December 2015 and I’m back to the 90 day cycle.  So for once I’m gonna dedicate myself to weight loss, specifically low carbs, positive thinking, and exercise to hopefully KILL PCOS once and for all.  I’m 5ft4 last time I stepped on a scale a week ago I ways 269.2, I have acne, dry scalp, and hair everywhere.
