Meetup.

A little short draft I made of Toni & Jamie cuz I wanted to rewrite since I didn't like how the final product came out on my ao3 so it's me redoing chapter 1 just a little less detail (would say more but Ion want half of this yappin abt the plot)

Toni had excused herself in a rather quick manner from the locker room that she, Ruby, and Saraya reside in. Her excuse being she needed some fresh air after her exhausting match in which she had faced such an exhausting loss.

In actual reality, she was heading into one of the storage rooms backstage which is this week's meet spot. With out? Who was Toni in such a rush to meet backstage? It isn’t important…for now. 

She arrives in front of the closed door in which she knocks a little pattern. Softly knock at the top 3 times, knock 2 at the bottom, then a single door at the mid point of the door. It took a few moments before the door finally opened. 

The aussie is practically dragged in with a yelp that was soon muffled by the hand of the person in front of her.

“Hush!” 

Whispered the British accent could only belong to one person. The one with a sorta tall frame and dark brown hair that was ironed straight going at where her collarbone and chest meet with bleached bangs that was ever so perfectly curled.

Jamie Hayter.

Jamie always was the one who had an urgency to keep them so hidden. Toni never understood it. Sure, Jamie & Britt weren’t the biggest fans of the outcast and in the same way around. She’s sure Saraya and Ruby would be fine if they ever knew ... maybe?...It's a 49/51 shot…Even then what even was the point of keeping them a secret. It wasn’t like they were serious yet anyways. Unless that played into w-

Toni’s moment in though was quickly shut down as the brit had pressed a gentle kiss to Toni. It was reciprocated just a few moments after as the kiwi kissed back. It was gentle at first, but quickly as each second passed it became more intense. 

Jamie’s hand found its way to Toni's waist as she pulled Toni closer. Her other hand tangled in the back of the blonde’s hair. Toni’s arms wrapped around Jamie’s neck as her body pressed into her. Their mouths find rhythm in such an intense passionate make out.

The tension in that tiny little storage room was thick. Whatever it was, it was also followed by a sense of quickness. It felt like they needed to be in a rush. Toni didn’t know how long she had until Ruby or Saraya could go searching for her for being gone in such an unusual amount of time for her. Jamie probably didn’t either.

For now, they could only savor each other in the little unknown time that they had. They just had to make the most of it.

It all felt like a daze. What had felt like hours, could’ve been merely minutes.  Either way, Toni felt at ease with herself. Her hands run through her messed up hair that once had the brits hands tangled.It wasn’t anything too intense, just a little makeout. She tries to look presentable as she makes her way back to the locker room where she and the outcasts reside.

She still the lingered lips of where kisses had been placed by that soft wide lip shaped mouth. She prays to the heavens that her softish red (i don't know how to describe colors…) lipstick hadn’t been smudged. Even if it was, she’d get her revenge on Jamie next time. Even if Jamie insists there won’t be a next time. Toni knows her better than that. 

She enters into the locker so casually as if she had done nothing then take a walk around the arena. There she sees ruby’s boot pressed against the side of the bench titling towards her body as she ties the black laces. Weirdly, she doesn’t see Saraya, odd, but she doesn’t pay much attention to it. 

Ruby hadn’t questioned Toni by what took her so long on her little ‘walk’. The two just merely silently greeted each other with a simple nod. Toni simply goes back to doing whatever she had been doing before. (ikr im so detailed)

As Toni moves to her locker, Ruby notices the mix shades of a familiar lipstick on Toni’s lips. One that she had seen the week before and earlier when heading backstage. But then again she can’t assume what happened on Toni’s little ‘walk’ but she can take note that it had something to do with a certain someone.

 Jamie Hayter.
