I'll spare you all the dirty details about why this site has been abandoned lately. All I'll say is that things have gotten bad personal life-wise. I have gotten your confessions and though they may be outdated by the time I get them done, they will get done. My phone took a shit and i don't have the apps to do confessions anymore until I get a new phone, which should be soon because my upgrade date is tomorrow.

I've also gotten your personal messages and, once again, I have to say that I'm amazed at how caring, thoughtful, and sweet TMB fans are. Say what you will about catty fandom fights, you guys really are the best people and I can't tell you how much your words have meant to me. I plan on responding to your messages once my phone situation is better.

I'm working my ass off to make my life better, despite the mounds of crap being thrown at me because it's either struggle for happiness or settle with shittiness. I'd rather be happy even if I have to kick my own ass to get there.

Another thank you to TMB for popping up on my ipod every once in a while to make me laugh when I don't feel like it.

Come back to California so I can see you again, and I will bake you snacks with chocolate or drugs in them, whichever you prefer, and the drugs will be good, as will the chocolate, but the chocolate will be cheaper, so please pick chocolate.

(same anon from before) Don't get me wrong, I love them still, but the show is god-awful. They used to be hilarious in their songs such as lez be friends, house party, booty call, etc, but since the show everything I see seems that they've become cookie-cutter parodiers rather than the cute and funny brits. Especially the show, which just seems grotesque, particularly when you compare it to their earliest skit, Walk with Us.

I think it's all kinda trial and error and matter of opinion though, you know? I didn't think everything in the show was hilarious, but there were still a lot of things that made me laugh. I wasn't, and still am not, head over heels for all of the songs, but the ones I do like are amazing in my eyes. I just think with what they do, they've gotta keep evolving. They probably don't want to do the same thing over and over again, making the same jokes, etc. There's things they've done that have made me laugh so hard I've cried, then I show it to someone else and they don't even smile. They can't make everyone like everything they do, and eventually everyone will be less than 100% satisfied with something the band puts out. It's just what happens.We all know that all three of them are talented in more ways than one and I have more than enough faith in them to say that I'm sure they're going to continue being great for quite some time. And if you don't think they're succeeding at what they're doing now, and you prefer what they used to do, I'd say just hang in there. They drew you in before and I'm sure they'll do it again. I realized how harsh my last response may have sounded and I'm sorry. I didn't mean to sound like an asshole. I hope they do something soon to change your mind and make you feel better about them 

okay, so, I've been following TMB since their tick-tok parody came out, but once I watched episode three of their show I finally had to give up. Have they, in a sense, "reclaimed" themselves, or have they just officially sold out? Level with me here.

I've been a fan since then as well. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I don't feel like TMB have changed. They've only just now done a show where I could go see them and I've only sat down to watch a couple live performances online before, so I can't judge their shows either. I don't know them, I haven't met them, I don't stalk them, and I can't judge them. They're fun to listen to, entertaining to watch, and nice to look at. They gave me something to look forward to when they announced they were playing here and gave me a day of careless fun when the day of the show arrived, which is what I needed considering the shit I've been going through.They're a band, and they don't have to be anything else. They don't have to say thank you, or follow you on Twitter, they don't have to stay after shows to meet you, or take pictures with you, but they do all of that when they're able to.I was disappointed after the show they played when I didn't get to meet them but that lasted for a very VERY short amount of time because my mind went right back to how I'd finally seen the band I've been a fan of for so long, and how great the show they played was.So if you want my opinion, no, they have not sold out, they've gotten more fans and they've grown to accommodate them. From what I have heard, seen, and experienced, they're fun, sweet, and appreciative, and I think everyone would be a lot better off if people focused more on the good things they do instead of fishing for something to be upset about and criticize. I don't see how or why they would need to "reclaim" themselves. They seem just fine to me.

I've been a fan since January 2010, and that has never changed. Every confession posted here has been submitted by fans who need to get things off their chest. All I do is put their words on pictures and post them here for other fans to see. I don't hate the band, I never have, and I can't think of anything they could do, aside from setting a building full of blind puppies on fire, that could make me hate them.

I watched your videos. How big was the place they played at? It looked tiny

There were six or seven people lining the front of the stage, my friend and myself included, and we were kinda smashed together. It was a pretty tiny place.

Not a confession; only I was supposed to go to the LA show since I live in San Diego but my boyfriend didn't get his ID renewed in time and I didn't have anyone else to go with and I cried the whole day. So what this comes down to is I'm so extremely envious of you it's almost ridiculous. And I hope you had a fabulous time and I want to be you, I hope that's okay, ok thanks!<3

I met two girls at the show who were there by themselves because they both had friends cancel on them. What I've decided is that all of us here in California need to form a TMB gang and go to shows together. Seriously.And they have to play here again, I decided, so when they do, you will go, and we will all have an amazing time. Let's rent their services as if they were whores who were put on this earth to please us and throw a party with food and a basket full of kittens and baby chinchillas. I'm not sure why the animals would be there but it seems necessary. Yeah? Who's in? Anyone?

What happened to your dad and sister?

My dad kept relapsing on pills and drinking. He ended up losing two jobs and almost losing his house. He sold my computer and some other stuff but has seemed to turn around. As far as we can tell, he's sober again and got a new job.As for my sister, she got pregnant with her first baby and had a miscarriage. She had to go through the procedure to remove the baby and there were complications so I had to take time off work to take care of her. She's better now, but still not 100% okay because she was extremely excited about the baby.And her boyfriend moved in with us and I don't much care for him, so there's that as well...
