Sat down with Swan’s design and laid it out how I wanted this version of him to look. He’s a little more clean and royal, maybe a bit magician-like, as I want Cygnus to be more of a magic user than a melee fighter (tho he’ll have his blades still). I wanted to hone in on and think about how a hero-nightmare’s powers would work, while keeping that sort of lonely, cold vibe the original design has. Those cyans are absolutely stunning, he’s got a beautiful color palette. I toned down the golds as well, pushed the gradients a bit. I’m not entirely happy with the symbol on the belt/circlet, but for now I’ll let it ride. :]

Deimos Headcanon.

Since Deimos is usally depicted with sharp teeth I have made a brilliant headcanon

Deimos needs to chew on alotta things because his teeth and gums are similar to a mag's but not quite and it does not fit with his mouth due to a mistake in the proccess of when he came into the world in which he has gained these teeth.

also this just gives me a reason to say that deimos grinds his teeth together like a rabbit to keep his teeth small and is also a way to satisfy the biting instinct.
