salt & chili chips! at home
ingredients!
oil
half a teaspoon of salt
half a teaspoon of black pepper
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
half a teaspoon of Chinese five spice
a teaspoon of chili flakes
a pinch of brown sugar I think it helps crisp them up a bit with the oil
I use whatever veg I have but onion and carrots are nice! I like the crunch and I usually shred the carrot on a cheese grater if im feeling lazy
2 chillies but sometimes when the shop doesnt have them I use bell peppers and extra chili
I used like a full bag of freezer chips and it fed 6 people
instructions
put the chips in and cook as it says
mix up all the dry spices
put an oiled frying pan/wok on medium heat and add the garlic, after like 30 secs (or until it like smells but I feel like it never smells)
than add the veggies and cooked chips
sprinkle in the spices until it looks good!

chocolate cookies!
ingredients!
225 grams of strong bread flour
2 eggs
150 grams of brown sugar
50 grams of white sugar
30 grams of coco powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
100 grams of white chocolate chips
100 grams of dark chocolate chips
they made 12 really big cookies!
instructions!
preheat your oven! I put mine on 220 and its a fan oven but I feel like it runs cold
I than mix the sugar and butter! I do this by hand because what's the rush? its fun to take your time and watch it get fluffy
than mix the egg and vanilla in
than I mix all the dry ingredients together and sift them into the mixture, I've skipped the sifting before but I like doing it
mix that together and add the chocolate chips!
start shaping! these are usually quick stick so I can't handle them so I use table spoons! I know people use ice cream scoops but tablespoons work too
I bake for 15-17 minutes, I do check on them and did squish some down because they had doomed a lot and I dont like that, I like a crispy cookie not a cakey one
I like to have them as in a cookie/ice sandwich, or just with coffee!
