The root cause of major conflicts in various kinds of relationships, such as business, friendship, or personal relationships, is the presence of a hardened heart. We often grow up with a hardened heart without even realizing it, and this is where we begin to notice its effects on our interpersonal relationships. The hardening of the heart is usually a result of unresolved experiences or traumas from our past, and it can also be influenced by how we cope with pain and hurt.

In certain romantic relationships, it is possible for two individuals to complement each other perfectly. However, when one of the individuals has a hardened heart, it can hinder the ability of the relationship to resolve conflicts in a healthy manner.

Although it is important to teach people how to be strong during tough times and emotional challenges, it is equally important to teach them how to respond to pain and its consequences. Our experiences with pain and trauma can either make us better or worse, depending on how we react to them.

We all have different influences that shape our morals, but when it comes to judging someone's credibility, it's better to rely on natural laws rather than religious laws. Following natural laws doesn't mean we're less spiritual or religious. Achieving success on Earth without a sound mindset is a difficult task. In my perspective, the mind serves as a bridge connecting the physical and spiritual dimensions. Consequently, the productivity of the mind profoundly impacts the productivity of the spirit and the functioning of the body and soul, influencing various aspects of one's life.

This means that if someone is struggling with mental health problems, they may not be able to truly worship or sincerely praise God. Their mental instability makes it difficult for them to understand and appreciate the deep meaning of serving and honoring God.

I once pondered why great companies and organizations of today didn't simply skip all the stages of evolution and development to become what they are now. But then I realized that success, goals, and dreams undergo their own transformative process. We can't rely solely on achieving success to bring us joy and happiness because once we reach a certain level, it naturally evolves into another stage.

Living our lives solely focused on meeting deadlines and attaining goals is not enough. Along our journey towards achieving our goals, we often find that the memorable experiences we encounter hold more significance than the final destination itself.

However, it's important to acknowledge the dopamine rush that accompanies reaching a goal. While it brings a temporary sense of satisfaction, it doesn't provide lasting fulfillment in our lives.

What's the essence of our job or business? As much as we work solely to earn, we must realize that our job or work is a means through which our purpose in life finds expression, especially when we choose our work instead of it choosing us.

Our decision to work or seek a job should always be based on two factors: either our current job serves our purpose, or it serves as a tool to fulfill a purpose. This means that our current job may not be exactly what we want, but we engage in it for a season to reach a bigger goal.

Through understanding and discovering our purpose, we bear the responsibility of choosing our job or work. Regardless of how little our job pays us initially, it either serves a purpose on its own or acts as a tool to help us achieve a purpose.

Whatever work we find ourselves doing, we must actively seek to know and understand if this job or business helps us serve a purpose or if it acts as a tool to help us reach a purpose or a bigger goal.

Our understanding changes everything. When we truly comprehend the role of our job and business, we find peace and happiness. We are no longer under pressure from societal norms or public opinions regarding the job or business we should pursue and the reasons behind it.

I strongly believe as much as a job or business Provides us with a means to earn, we must understand that it goes beyond just that. There's a particular verse in the Bible that says; "an idle mind is devil's workshop." an occupation doesn't just keep the mind busy but it brings out the best within every human. So when we change our mindset towards work, we tend to work from a place of fulfilment than obligation.

Consider a scenario where a car has the capability to reach a speed of 300mph, but the individual driving it only manages to reach 100mph. In such a case, it is not the fault of the car itself, but rather the individual's inability to fully harness the car's potential.

Humans operate under a similar principle; we are unable to accomplish anything beyond our capacity to envision it.

To achieve success in any endeavor, it is essential for individuals to possess the ability to create a vision for the resources and opportunities available to them, regardless of their magnitude. The true maximization of an opportunity or resource occurs when an individual can provide structure and direction to them.

Today, take a moment to appreciate the challenges you are currently facing, as they are instrumental in expanding your vision.

Often time, we are easily deceived by the appearance of being rich but it doesn't mean it's the sole product of a fulfilled life. when we have all the material possession in life, we would realized that having a good life is not just the product of having plenty of wealth.

We are easily enslaved by our inability to manage or be content with what we have and what we don't have yet. This is what often time leads us to be desperate to take advantage of others.

Even in relationships and marriage, the role of wisdom and wealth can not be over-emphasized but the sole product of a filled life is not necessarily money but wisdom.

Wisdom empowers us to find contentment in life, even without possessing all the wealth in the world

In 2015, when I first started arranging leadership meetings, I often wondered what I would be doing with my life if there wasn't a formal school system for learning. This question motivated me to grow personally and made me even more determined to continue organizing leadership meetings.

One crucial aspect that sets us apart and influences how we affect the world is knowing who we are and understanding our purpose. When we have a clear sense of our purpose, we live with meaning instead of merely going through the motions like inanimate objects.

This means that someone else can be an academician not just because of the condition to survive but because it's a discovered life purpose to add value to humanity through academics.

So I only had to rewrite this quote because I wrote it in 2019. What inspired me to write this quote in 2019 was when I failed one of my school courses 😅.

Whatever challenges or difficult situations we face are part of getting ready for what we want to achieve or become.

Sometimes, we have to go through tough times and struggles to achieve more in life. It all starts with our mindset. If we see the challenges as obstacles to our growth, they will affect us that way.

It's not easy to change our minds when we face challenges and tough situations. Often, we don't realize that these experiences can make us stronger until we have overcome them.

We need to take responsibility for what we face in life because no one else will solve our problems for us. It's comforting to know that some of us have a strong belief in a higher power like God during difficult times.

Even if someone works hard, they may still remain poor. But what does it really mean to be poor? it is crucial to consider the true essence of poverty beyond its material implications. While financial scarcity is one aspect, poverty can also manifest as a lack of direction, purpose, or ambition.

In my opinion, having a clear vision of what one wants to achieve is crucial for success in any endeavour. Without a clear vision of what one aspires to accomplish, individuals may find themselves drifting aimlessly and struggling to make progress. The ability to envision and define specific goals provides a sense of purpose and a roadmap for success. It allows individuals to channel their efforts effectively, make strategic decisions, and maintain unwavering focus amidst challenges.

Through this understanding, we can safeguard ourselves from similar pitfalls and grasp the potential harm such actions can inflict, particularly when we are aware of our purpose. Thus, their imperfections and flaws serve as a guiding compass towards personal improvement.
