I just saw that someone replied to my Reddit post on r/TipOfMyTongue with the correct answer and i saw it 22 DAYS LATER, but anyway i found the show i was looking for, huzzah!!!

Now i just need to find more 200 other things that i vaguely remember from my childhood and i'll be good to go!
