You’ve isolated. You’ve self-pitied your support system away. They’re gone. And now it’s just you. But you still need to figure out how to make money. How to hold a job. How to find a doctor who uses Medicaid. How to explain what these feelings are. Without sounding like the nutcase you’ve already been diagnosed as.
