I've wanted to redraw Pole-bear's humanizations in my style for a long time, and I attempted it a week ago, starting with Chica. But, dammit, Chica's hairstyle is just too complex for me, so I dropped the idea. Finally, I decided to try Bonnie, and I think it turned out pretty well.
By the way, I have a few questions about the human au in FNaF. For example:
- Do the missing children still control the animatronics, or is it high-tech artificial intelligence?
- Why do some artists depict the missing children as resembling the animatronics they inhabit?
- Can these humanoid animatronics speak? If so, why haven't they disclosed to anyone that the Purple Guy killed them and imprisoned them inside?
If anyone knows this AU well, could you please explain it to me?

I'm not great at drawing creepy stuff, and truth be told, I don't really like it

Lately, I've been hyperfixation on the missing children from FNaF. They fascinate me immensely in my AU, and I might drop something connected to them shortly.

English translation:
A vicious maniac roams free
Searching for a new prey
Decides today's trendy theme is
The wanderer's final journey
People will never hear again
Our young and joyful voices
Only heavens listen now
No one recalls anymore
Our ringing, laughing names
Silence remembers them forever
Original:

I remember my 2021 vividly, when I got a new phone and began exploring internet spaces. Around that time, I briefly discovered FNaF due to the hype surrounding the newly released Security Breach. While browsing Pinterest, I stumbled upon these pieces by Pole-bear. Among all her humanizations, I fell deeply in love with Freddy and Toy Freddy. Even now, I remain infatuated with them.

So, I intended to make a quick sketch of Jeremy's hairstyle late at night, but ended up with this instead.
By the way, notice the typo. Instead of FNaF HP, it should have said FNaF HW (Help Wanted). I rushed it and was sleepy.

Prior to the pizzeria featured in FNaF 2, there existed another pizzeria where the withered animatronics originally appeared, and presumably, the MCI took place there. That's why I sketched what Bonnie the animatronic might have looked like pre-MCI, meaning during the era of that very pizza joint.
By the way, he doesn't have gigantic shoulders or a chubby build; I just wanted to add a touch of awkwardness to his appearance, hence the oversized jacket.

Well, so far, Secret of the Mimic isn't bad. The graphics match the level of Security Breach and Ruin, though that's just my personal opinion. At least, we get a clear explanation here why our protagonist Arnold is present. Working here as a technician alongside endoskeleton capable of killing you, and earning a measly $25... TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS! Compared to that, the salary of $120 from FNaF 1 starts to luxurious.
Oh, Fazbear Entertainment, you never cease to surprise me
Still, I can't shake the nagging feeling that games following FNaF 6 should have formed a completely separate franchise (I discussed this extensively in my Telegram channel), especially when we're talking about a game centered around Mimic. This title truly has no business being tied to the "Five Nights at Freddy's" series. Mimic's story bears virtually no connection to the events of past installments (from 1 to 6).
Not to Mention , how can it be Five nights at Freddy's Without Freddy himself?!

Whoa, "Secret of the Mimic" is finally out (interesting, can we call this game FNaF 10?).
I'm neither rich nor generous, so I'll be watching Windy31's playthrough (the ultimate FNaF guru of Russia). I didn’t build up any expectations whatsoever, so I can freely form my first impression of this brand-new product. Time to figure out what's up with this Mimic.

Mastering Gacha Life 2
Suzie was only nine years old at the time of her death, while Cassidy was sixteen, but due to her small stature and generally childish appearance, she seemed younger.
Ages of the missing children at the time of their deaths:
Suzie — 9 years old
Fritz — 6 years old
Jamie — 14 years old
Cassidy — 16 years old

In my AU, Jeremy (who is the missing child inside Bonnie's animatronic) — as I mentioned in my Telegram channel — is renamed Jamie. This helps avoid confusion between him, Jeremy Fitzgerald and the beta-tester Jeremiah from "Help Wanted".
Initially, I depicted Jamie as african-american (due to the influence of the FNaF movie, which I watched before discovering the comic adaptation of the novel trilogy). However, I've stumbled upon several authors illustrating him as asian, and I really liked this approach. This left me wavering between keeping him african-american or changing him to asian. To decide, I quickly sketched Jamie in both variations. Ultimately, I felt that my Jamie fits better with his initial appearance.
Frankly, I can't put it into words; it's just a feeling. Besides, I already have Cassidy as an asian, so repeating myself isn't appealing.
By the way, Jamie keeps triggering flashbacks of Stan Marsh from South Park. Both characters' personalities and vibes overlap significantly, although initially, I wasn't intending to reference Stan intentionally.

I recently set heights for my anthropomorphic animatronic characters in my AU (I've talked about this ages ago in my Telegram channel). So here's how tall they are:
Freddy: 179 cm
Bonnie: 183 cm
Chica: 167 cm
Foxy: 186 cm
Then I thought, how would they possibly scare Michael, who's (according to my headcanon) 183 cm tall? Making them too tall would be weird, since realistic animatronics are roughly adult-sized anyway. Although, if I personally encountered actual live animatronics, I wouldn't care at all whether they towered above me—I'd run straight to the ends of Earth to escape them.

Honestly, I’m not sure if I can manage to redraw the movie poster based on FNaF, but whatever.
Ever since the first viewing of the film, I couldn’t shake off my confusion about the decision to use red eyes. Maybe others find it cool, but it doesn’t make the horror movie scarier. Red eyes on animatronics look rather silly in part. Animatronics FNaF 1 themselves generate fear primarily through the uncanny valley effect. They look like animatronic robots designed to entertain children according to programmed routines. All the chaos happening during night shifts in the pizzeria is abnormal, and viewers immediately sense that the animatronics behave contrary to expectations. Yet, despite all this unnatural activity, they still retain the look of children's entertainment robots. Their neutral faces evoked feelings of fear, unease, and uncertainty about what mischief they might be plotting. However, with these red eyes… it’s just not frightening. Adding a menacing glare doesn’t scare anyone either. Instead, they come across as generic villainous animatronics. Being evil isn’t inherently terrifying. Seriously, ghost children from the same movie are far creepier. Those kids were devoid of emotion, leaving us clueless about their intentions or morals. Plus, their golden-haired leader was outrageously creepy, despite being a child.
Something similar applies to the GlamRock animatronics. Not only is Mega PizzaPlex unnecessarily bright and illuminated (how much electricity do they spend lighting up this entire shopping mall?!), but the animatronics themselves aren’t frightening either (except rarely, when unexpected screamer occur). These are furry-like androids equipped with AI and distinct personalities. They act in ways consistent with their programming. Here, there’s no sense of the uncanny valley or anything else that creates fear.
Anyway, I guess I went on a rant, acting like some old-school gamer-fanatic (I'm relatively new to the fandom (only 2 years)).

This is my headcanon version of Mangle. In my opinion, he probably wouldn't enjoy being literally named "Mangle" (even though it accurately describes his condition), considering he has a real name: "Toy Fox" ("Toy Version of Foxy Pirate").
Additionally, I lean towards thinking of Mangle as male, since he's essentially a toy version of Foxy Pirate, and it feels odd to suddenly change gender among the four mascots. The original Foxy looked too scary, leading to his redesign as adorable and child-friendly, making him appear "feminine".
"Why does everybody think I'm a girl?"
"My name is Toy Foxy, not "Mangle"."

An idea came to mind to do some drawing sketch, specifically my humanized versions of Bonnie and Glamrock Bonnie.
Ha, for some reason I seem to only draw Bonnie when it comes to FNAF.
