❥ - a childhood memory

The dim orange glow of the room set the stage for the rising anticipation ahead. The party, worn and weary, had finally managed to tuck away and set up camp for the night, dreading their awaited confrontations. On the horizon it laid, jutting out of the mountains like a sore thumb, it’s once divine halls now soured with the living dead. Minor fights lay ahead, so they prepped, got ready to lose it all. Quickly, they rushed the former great halls bestowed to the Divine Lord, resources running thin and a few short rests. Until there he stood, towering over the party as he ran a hand along the coffins laid out specially for them. He’s about to speak when.

“Ah, sorry, sorry hold on guys.” A meek and cracking voice interrupts, quickly scribbling something down on a small sheet of paper before glancing over to the towering figure.

“Némélios, could you, could you quickly do The Voice, please?” The smaller voice whispers, to which a soft chuckle responds. The person besides them nods and carefully picks up the paper just slid their way. They glance through it before speaking.

“*Ah, I see you all have finally arrived! Wonderful. It’s quite the shame, really, that you all have been such thorns in my side. We could have made a great team, but for your meddling, I am afraid instead of the eternal life I would have granted you all. I must eliminate you all!”

There’s a chill sent through the room as the voice growls out. A small ‘Thank you’ is whispered out, with a touch of awe in its tone.

Sycamore and Maxie lived happily in kalos on a little hill in Nimbasa city. it was a little dry where they lived, and a little sandy, but that didn't bother them, not one bit.

they lived happily with their 8 littens, and they even had a pool in the backyard, where Archie would swim day and night. Maxie wasn't very happy about this arrangement, but Sycamore said it was temporary, and he said a lot of other kalosian words I couldn't decipher in my dream.

either way, now they were inside the house, on their couch, cuddling while the 8 littens randomly floated and no-cliped around the room. ☺ they were both very excited if you ignore maxie's bitchass expression because they were getting married just that afternoon.

the only problem was, they couldn't decide who would wear the dress. they argued about it for a bit and then started watching TV which showed a very upsetting oddish infestation. Sycamore started crying and Maxie pat his back, saying that he wouldn't let the oddish hurt them.

if we cut forward to the wedding, a lot of people attended, including Leon from Galar, Archie, Giovanni, Cyrus, 2 Ghetsises and Steven Stone. in the end, Maxie and Sycamore decided that they will both wear dresses. everyone was very excited. there was a lot of confetti. when Maxie and Sycamore kissed, the 8 littens all evolved into incineroar and Cyrus started crying because the noise was overwhelming. everyone stood up and started holding hands and dancing (other than Cyrus who was crying and Sycamore and Maxie who were quietly observing).

they came back home at 3 am and Sycamore immediately went to look in the fridge for pickled tomatoes, and Maxie said that he's tired of this shit and that he's kicking Archie out of the pool, but Archie didn't leave because he yelled at Maxie for 30 minutes straight and then did a flip in the water.

Propaganda: Pretty similar to arceus in the way of divine venison, I imagine. It might taste a bit pre-marinated compared to something like that, they are said to be connected to the local plant life. I like to think it makes the meat taste just that bit sweeter! They say the old kings of Kalos used to hunt these, it was a status symbol in fact! You weren't a great king if you couldn't do it! Only trouble is if you over-hunted them you risked getting the forces of nature out of balance, and something would always come along to correct it!
