~ My Widowed Christmas Wish ~ I wish for a morning when you wake up and look forward to the beautiful day ahead. I wish for angels to show up at the most unexpected moments in your life. I wish for continued, constant unity, connectedness and compassion in your life. I wish for love in your life….in every possible way. I wish for understanding that your loss has permanently altered who you are today. You may visually look the same to the world, but internally everything has shifted. I wish for positive thoughts and results for the dreams you dare to dream. I wish for dysfunctional and doubtful thoughts to disappear forever so you may know without a shadow of doubt that you are a heroine. A modern day heroine. I wish the victimhood, powerlessness and helplessness that seeps into our consciousness is replaced by a loving and supportive subconsciousness. I wish for a culture that rises up and steps forward to comfort, provide and love on widows because it's the right thing to do. I wish for clarity of mind, heart and spirit. I wish for laughter, good sleep, a friend and a faith that sustains you. I wish for abundance. A cup runneth over with peace. I wish every one of you a widowed mentor who is available at a moments notice. I wish that our children are remembered by our neighbors, family and friends. To the point where they personally adopt them with their time and wisdom. I wish for people to show up in your life that will simply sit, listen, be silent and let you speak for as long as you wish. I wish for you to see how very loved, valued and treasured you are to God, to me and to so many you don't even realize. I wish you could see the light that shines from within you. I wish I could immunize you from pain, failure, loss, disappointment, fear, negativity, depression and stagnation. I wish instead you create new behaviors, thoughts, beliefs, actions and results.
