Mondays motivation is to set meaningful, measurable, high, and uncomfortable goals for yourself. I'm forcing myself out of my comfort Zone this year😳. Why do we need meaningful goals? Meaningful goals create emotional, driven, expansive dreams that you can reach if go about them the right way✔️. First off, WRITE them down✍🏻, writing down something that makes you uncomfortable, and is risky, but can help you reach your dreams✔️. quantifying your goals is an ACTION Motivator, set them✔️. Secondly, get clear on WHY achieving your goals will help you find purpose✔️. Ultimately, material things and Titles won't make a happier you, the only thing that will make you happy is the person you are to become and what is created out of that✔️. Believe in yourself, operating from absolute and total belief and have faith in your process, and don't let anything deter you✔️. Too many people focus on the "whys" and use negative talk that I could never do that, or what do I know about that like the experts do? Learn it!!Read📚, read what the experts and leaders of whatever industry you are passionate about and learn✔️. If we're learning we're not growing, and if not you're staying stagnant that's unacceptable-bottom line✔️. Practice and repetition✔️ Vince Lombardi was famous for teaching and perfecting Fundamentals, repetition is the mother of all skill✔️. A huge part in getting into your best shape is making sure your nutrition is on point. Without my meal prep sponsorship, nutrition supplements sponsorship and coaching, all of which are huge, I wouldn't have attained my best shape ever this past November and double qualified for Nationals. I want to thank everyone who wished me, or made my birthday special yesterday. 2017 is a comeback year of sorts for me battling through a few surgeries last year. Had a fantastic time this week at the Tony Robbins event in the Seattle area. One of the biggest points that resonated with me was his point about emotions being created by motions. "What's effortless? Your state-this is what we control. This is your mind. You don't have to waste energy on feeling like shit, a negative mindset that's filled full of blaming and discontent. Rather, it's much easier and effortless to be grateful and happy🤔. Don't waste your time on negative people and negative circumstances, rise above that shit and be grateful and happy you're alive and if you don't have the resources to achieve what you want, get more resourceful in your approach. It's not the lack of resources that's our/your problem, it's our lack of resourcefulness that holds us back☝🏻. #positivity #mindset #makeaplan #goforit (at ShoWare Center)
