Djinn:
"Although generally invisible, jinn are supposed to be composed of thin and subtle bodies (Arabic: أَجْسَام, romanized: ʾajsām), and can change at will. They favour a snake form, but can also choose to appear as scorpions, lizards, or as humans. They may even engage in sexual affairs with humans and produce offspring. If they are injured by someone, they usually seek revenge or possess the assailant's body, refusing to leave it until forced to do so by exorcism. Jinn do not usually meddle in human affairs, preferring to live with their own kind in tribes similar to those of pre-Islamic Arabia." Wikipedia

Dragon:
"Beliefs about dragons vary considerably through regions, but dragons in Western cultures since the High Middle Ages have often been depicted as winged, horned, and capable of breathing fire. Dragons in eastern cultures are usually depicted as wingless, four-legged, serpentine creatures with above-average intelligence. Commonalities between dragons' traits are often a hybridization of feline, reptilian, mammal, and avian features." Wikipedia

Demogorgan (Dungeons and Dragons):
"Demogorgon towered a full 18 feet (5.5 meters) in height,[1] his body at once sinuous like that of a snake and powerful like that of a great ape. Two baleful baboon heads, with blue and red faces similar to those of mandrills,[1][20] leered from atop his lumbering shoulders, from which two long tentacles writhed. His lower torso was saurian, like some great reptile with blue-green, scaly skin. He had an immense forked tail.[1]" forgottenrealms.fandom.com

Demogorgan (Stranger Things):
"The Demogorgon was a tall and thin humanoid creature with elongated limbs. Its head appeared to lack facial features until it unfurled the flesh like a flower to reveal "petals" lined with many sharp teeth, and a large open mouth. The Demogorgon's arms and digitigrade legs end in claws; its skin is slimy. " strangerthings.fandom.com

Dalek:
"Although the Daleks looked entirely robotic, they were, in fact, cyborgs, with a living body encased in and supported by an armed and mobile outer shell of Dalekanium and polycarbide protective metal armour. These were Mark III travel machines, designed to carry their mutant forms, and they were not truly integrated biomechanoids." tardis.fandom.com

Dathomirian Zabrak:
"Dathomirians were a subspecies of Zabrak native to the planets Peridea and Dathomir. Dathomiri showed considerable sexual dimorphism. Female Dathomiri had white, blue, or gray skin with various hair types. Male skin was commonly orange or yellow. Few had red skin.Male Dathomirians had horns, however, females did not.
The Dathomiri had tattoos on their body that represented their tribal heritage. The male Zabraks, particularly those belonging to the Nightbrothers, had natural striping which they embellished with tattoos. The females, particularly those belonging to the Nightsisters, had more subtle tattoos that were in contrast to their pale skin. Tattoos were made using the mushling. The pods of the mushling were boiled down into a yellow paste, and then mixed with pigments like clay, ash to create a variety of colors. " starwars.fandom.com

Cybermen:
"The Cybermen were a "race" of cybernetically augmented humanoids. They varied greatly in design between numerous different Cyber-subspecies, and originated independently through parallel evolution from various locations across time, space and universes, including Mondas, Telos, Planet 14, Marinus, a Mondasian colony ship, the Earths of the Doctor's universe and "Pete's World", and at least one other parallel universe.
Although almost all Cybermen lacked emotions, as they considered them to be a weakness and instead embraced pure logic, they were often born out of a human civilisation's, or an individual's, fear for survival, which was often inflicted by threats such as poverty or the degradation of a civilisation's world. Other times, the Cybermen were born out of an extreme desire for immortality." tardis.fandom.com

Cyclops:

Crossroad Demon:
"Crossroad Demons are demons tasked with "buying" souls for Hell through deals with humans. These deals consist of the demon granting the human's wish in exchange for ownership over that person's soul, resulting in the person dying and going to Hell to be transformed into a demon upon death." supernatural.fandom.com

Biblically Accurate Angel:
"It’s hard to know what biblically accurate angels really look like. The Bible doesn’t give us as many details as we would probably like. Based on what we know, it’s pretty difficult to come up with a realistic depiction of angels. We do know that there are different types of angels who all have different appearances. We also know that the Bible’s descriptions of angels have very little in common with how they are popularly depicted. Though we can’t be completely sure of the true form of angels, we can be sure that they are majestic, mysterious, and nothing like anything we experience in our everyday life." christianforums.com

Bugbear:

Banshee:
"A banshee (/ˈbænʃiː/ BAN-shee; Modern Irish bean sí, from Old Irish: ben síde [bʲen ˈʃiːðʲe], "woman of the fairy mound" or "fairy woman") is a female spirit in Irish folklore who heralds the death of a family member,[1] usually by screaming, wailing, shrieking, or keening. Her name is connected to the mythologically important tumuli or "mounds" that dot the Irish countryside, which are known as síde (singular síd) in Old Irish." Wikipedia

Basilisk:
"In European bestiaries and legends, a basilisk (/ˈbæsɪlɪsk/ or /ˈbæzɪlɪsk/[1]) is a legendary reptile reputed to be a serpent king, who causes death to those who look into its eyes. According to the Naturalis Historia of Pliny the Elder, the basilisk of Cyrene is a small snake, "being not more than twelve inches in length",[2] that is so venomous, it leaves a wide trail of deadly venom in its wake, and its gaze is likewise lethal." Wikipedia

Aarakokra:
"From below, aarakocra look like large birds and thus are sometimes called birdfolk. Only when they roost on a branch or walk across the ground is their Humanoid nature clear. Standing upright, aarakocra are typically about 5 feet tall, and they have long, narrow legs that taper to sharp talons. Feathers cover their bodies — usually red, orange, yellow, brown, or gray. Their heads are also avian, often resembling those of parrots or eagles." Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse

Baba Yaga:
"A key figure from Slavic folklore, Baba Yaga certainly fulfils the requirements of the wicked witch – she lives in a house that walks through the forest on chicken legs, and sometimes flies around (close to ground level) in a giant mortar and pestle. She usually appears as a hag or crone, and she is known in most witch-like fashion to feast upon children. However, she is also a far more complex character than that synopsis suggests. Cunning, clever, helpful as much as a hindrance, she could indeed be the most feminist character in folklore." BBC.com
