Ally why are you so sad that trump won!? It's literally not a big deal and probs won't affect you at all

It is a big deal.It doesn’t matter if it won’t affect me - this isn’t about me. This is about the millions of people who don’t care about the rights of women, POC, lgbt+, Muslims, Mexicans, immigrants and other marginalised groups in America. It’s not about him being elected, but the amount of hateful individuals whose violent prejudice has just been validated.

Just because I won’t be personally affected by a situation doesn’t mean I shouldn’t care.I would have to be incredibly naive, unaware or absolutely maniacal to not care about the lives this is going to change and endanger.We are all human. Regardless of where we live we need to take care of each other. It is human nature to feel compassion when others are in times of strife. Our world is in a time of strife.

We often hesitate to follow our intuition out of fear. Usually, we are afraid of the changes in our own life that our actions will bring. Intuitive guidance, however, is all about change.
