I'm a fan of your Signals Radiostatic series, but admittedly joined in a little late and haven't had a chance to go back to all of the earlier entries yet. In the second newest chapter Alastor mentions that Vox doesn't obtain power the same way others do. Could I get a cheat sheet run down on what this means? Does he not make soul deals?

Correct! It's established in Competing Frequencies (the prequel series) that Vox gets power through the attention of his viewers!

I discovered your Stolen Moments series a couple weeks ago now and I have been absolutely HOOKED I tell you. I am gripped by the drama much like I was when OUAT was airing. I saw a post recently that talked about how one mark of good dramatic writing was letting the audience know something that the characters don’t and the drama comes from the question of when/how will they find out, and it made me think of this series. Holy shit 🙇

I would have liked to reread Signals Lost and Found for the occasion, but in the end I'm pulling from memory and of course I had to pick this part when Vox finally discovers that Al has a tail. And if I'm remembering correctly, Alastor had the little hat in all this interaction?? Amazing. In any case, @mothballmilkshake thank you very much for writing this series with these two idiots <3

I posted all the close-ups because I'm so proud of the secondary storytelling in this piece (Chaggie engagement subplot, the matching ducks, the Devil has ADHD and is finally going to therapy for it, hotel found family formation, etc)!

Deep Cut: Luci's portrait of him and Alastor is due to Radio Demon not showing well in photos - and this way Lu can draw him as pretty as he sees him! AND actually, the composition is based off Frank Dicksee's 'Paolo and Francesca' (who are a pair of doomed lovers from Dante's Inferno, encountered in Lust)
