BTS: GO GRANDPA GO!!

I wanted to give y’all a quick look at my beach set, comprised of fabrics and found objects!

Right now I’m about 20% through final animation, and I’m right in the thick of it! By this Monday I should be 40% through!

My biggest worry is fabricating my small scale set (1/50th scale to this one), but I’m hoping on working on that this Tuesday and Wednesday coming up!

I can’t wait for y’all to meet grandpa!

So far I’ve being finalizing my fabrication on my puppet, set, and props! Very exciting! I am a little behind, but that just means I need to keep trucking along!

These are some of my initial tests for my upcoming short film “Go Grandpa Go!” set for release this May 2025! The film is about the Tiktaalik, here you can see my fabrication tests for how I am imaging constructing the fins, bones, and the head.
