What a beautiful view! Would you take a look at that?! After a hard day’s work, you’ll just have to get a bottle of ice-cold beer and relax in the porch. That should take all your exhaustion away.
Actually, I would love to have a nice garden in my backyard, only a little smaller. LOL So I started looking for local landscaping companies in my neighborhood. I checked out several sites like Angie’s List, Yelp and other professional services referral platforms. Up to this day, I haven’t decided yet. Haha
So what I did next was check resources that provided tips on how to hire the right landscaping services. Here are some of the things that I found out. Please read in case you’d like to have your garden landscaped as well.
1. You should hire a company that’s licensed and certified to provide landscaping services. Never deal with fly-by-night contractors because you’ll never know when something will go wrong. In case it does, you won’t be able to track them down or sue them.
2. Also check a potential landscaper’s standing with the business bureau or a related agency to ensure that they have a good record.
3. Check references. Consult your friends and loved ones who have already paid for landscaping services.
4. Check a landscaper’s previous work. That should give you an idea about the degree of their expertise in the field. Get a feel if the company’s previous work meets your standards.
5. Make sure that the landscaper is capable of pulling the necessary permits for the project. Every locality or state has landscaping rules and regulations that should be followed or met.
6. Research on the company’s track record. Look for customer testimonials that will prove their excellence.
7. Before making a choice and hiring a landscaper, make sure that you’ll ask for a quote.
I hope that these tips help you find the most trusted home builder in Boroondara VIC who can also do your garden for you. If you find the right one, please let me know. I’d love to see if I can hire the same company as well.

What Fire Resistant Material Is Best For My Resto?
Tumblr media
Hi everyone! Don’t know if this is a good day for you but I want to tell you a terrible story that happened. Up until this day, I am bothered by this tragic incident. You know what happened? Just the other month, the restaurant across mine got burned down. I’m friends with the owner and I feel so bad for him. All his hard-earned money went down with the restaurant. All his dreams now a blurry image of the restaurant that once served a lot of happy customers.
Because of what happened, I became very paranoid. I just couldn’t imagine myself in his shoes. So one day, I realized that I need a fire resistant material or materials for my place of business. I need to have it renovated. I browsed the internet and researched about the available options in the market. I spent hours thinking how this project will commence. In the end, I realized that I am not really great at this. I had to consult with a licensed luxury home builder in Melbourne AUS.
After our meeting, I learned that there are several materials that owners can choose from in order to achieve fireproof safe for home and business. In case you’re curious, here’s the list that I wrote:
1. Gypsum boards
2. Perlite boards
3. Rock wool
4. Asbestos cement
5. Calcium silicate boards
6. Proplex sheets
7. Treated vegetable fiber
8. Treated lumber plywood
9. Treated wood
10. Concrete
11. Brick
12. Cement render
13. Glass
14. MgO panels
15. Intumescent paint
I will still be meeting with the contractor this week. I will surely update you with our progress so keep visiting my blog site!
