Last May ➡️ last month 😁 - Left was taken after just over a year of training regularly - and the right is another whole year of training, fueling my body (also with cake and pizza), and the drive to compete with myself. The leggings and sports bra on the left? They don't fit me anymore. And that's pretty awesome. #gainingweightiscool #transformationtuesday

Early morning noms 👌🏼 My fave combo: egg whites + spinach + mushrooms, roasted sweet potato + cinnamon - I'm definitely one who needs a good breky to start the day so I don't get cranky 😂 this took me literally 5 minutes to pull together, and even less to eat it #whoops TIPS did you know you can whip up a sweet potato in 10 minutes?? If you don't have time to roast them in the oven, pierce a sweet potato a couple of times with a fork and throw that bad boy in your microwave for 10 minutes or until tender 🤗 Complete. Game. Changer. Also prep any veggies beforehand so you can just throw them in with your eggs in the morning in a jiff! And just like that a wholesome breky is achieved 😁 #nomtime

Missing Japan juuuuust a tad so I had to make my own (very downgraded) chirashi at home 😂 #itried Just white rice, sushi-grade salmon and cucumbers, and obviously soy sauce + wasabi on the side 👌🏼 now if all my post workout nomz were like this I'd be a happy camper 😁
