[Films like the Sonic movies or animated superhero films are under appreciated in my opinion. Obviously large, deep, and complex films are great and impressive but making a short, enjoyable, and completely comprehensible at first watch movie is a skill in its own right that needs to be admired]

[I really didn't like the brutalist. I found it mildly interesting but then it went on for way too long and at the end it just felt like it was 3 hour long pro Israel propaganda. I hate that they used AI instead of hiring actors who are capable of learning a bit of hungarian.]

[im not a movie person, but my hot take is that the minecraft movie is actually kinda good. it's not because of the memes, it's actually because i got actual enjoyment out of it and some moments from it made me giggle]
