Prologue of the story

Lee Felix × Stray Kids

A few hours of flight and the famous Eiffel Tower is already visible from the window. It seems to greet tourists with the words "Welcome to Paris".

And a few seconds later, beautiful buildings, roads filled with cars and people, and many other things that Felix wanted to see so much are already visible.

From a very early age, he wanted to get to this city and finally his dream has come true. Now he can achieve his goal - to become a chef.

The friendly voice of the pilot pulled Felix out of his thoughts, notifying him of landing. After a small 'shake-up', he is already leaving the plane.

"Welcome" - say the airport staff when the guy takes his suitcase. He smiles brightly and thanks them.

Looking around, Felix tries to find a person dear to him. A cousin. It was because of him that Felix developed a love for cooking, and then a desire to move to Paris.

Suddenly he feels a hand on his shoulder and a familiar voice greets him.

"How was your flight, bro?" - Bang Chan smiles and immediately finds himself in a warm embrace, which makes him chuckle lightly.

"I'm so glad to see you! I missed you so much!" - Felix hugs him tightly and feels Chan's arms pull him closer.

The brothers continue their conversation on the way home. Felix talks about school, about life in Seoul, about his friends and how happy he is to finally see Chan. In turn, Chan talks about his restaurant.

Bang Chan was the owner and chef of the restaurant "Chanbana" for several years. The restaurant was very popular because of its delicious food and the best service in all of Paris.

Chan was also rich, he had his own car and his own rather expensive house.

It was to this house that they soon arrived. The flowers on the wall attracted Felix's attention, they curled up to the roof where there was a small relaxation area.

When Felix settled into the house and took a shower, he went to the kitchen from where the noise was coming. When he went inside, he saw Chan, who seemed to be trying to cook something. The blonde quickly appeared behind him, watching the cooking.

"Wow, another culinary masterpiece from the best chef in all of Paris!" - he playfully nudged him with his elbow.

"Not a masterpiece at all.. The most ordinary dish.." - Chan denies and smiles, he is pleased to hear these words from Felix.

When the dish was ready, a pleasant aroma filled the kitchen. Felix immediately tries it, expecting to feel a mind-blowing taste, and it was, his lips stretched into a smile, but suddenly he feels his tongue burning.

He does not want to offend Chan, but the pain and unpleasant feeling are stronger and he drinks water.

"Something wrong?" - Chan asks worriedly and gets up from his seat, approaching Felix. He already suspected something was wrong.

"Sorry, sorry.. But is there really that much spice in this dish?" - Felix asked, clearing his throat, his eyes slightly watering, and there was still an unpleasant feeling in his mouth.

"Spice..?" - Chan's face suddenly appears disappointed, he sighs and sits down next to the guy. - "Sorry, Lix.."

Felix looks at Chan with confusion, not understanding what exactly he is apologizing for. Even if he accidentally overdoes the spices, he is not angry.

"What are you talking about?" - he asks, watching Chan's reaction, who in turn looks away and sighs heavily.

"For several months now, I have no taste and smell.. I can't cook at all, so I left the restaurant," he answers. Concern and disappointment appear on Felix's face.

"Left the restaurant? What do you mean, forever?" - the guy doesn't know what to think. The restaurant was a part of Chan's life. How could he just leave it like that?

"Forever. If I can't taste, then what kind of cook am I? And a chef too.."

Felix is ​​slightly disappointed. But looking at Chan's sad face, he removes the disappointment from his face and hugs his brother tightly. Support, that's what he needs most now.

Before going to bed, Felix couldn't get his brother's words about the restaurant out of his head. Although Chan, as usual, said that he was fine, Felix knew how bad he really was.

A long and strange thought process led Felix to a conclusion.

He will not abandon his dream, he is going to become a first-class chef and Chan promised to help him with this, by getting the younger one a job in his own restaurant.

And tomorrow is his first working day.
