FULL DISCLOSURE: I am full blown pissed off, upset, and beyond fed up. Take the following in that context.
I believe in tolerance. Active tolerance. Active tolerance means allowing people to say things that I don’t agree with and I don’t like.
I will talk to pretty much anyone I feel is willing...

Simple First, Simple is Best...
Alright, I have two concepts for a "quick" mobile game I want to develop. I say "quick" as the games are relatively small both coding wise and asset wise. The "Quick" is in quotations because I have no idea what the hell I am doing in unity and will be learning as I go.
1st Concept:
A jet pack style game where holding the finger on the device causes the player to move the character up and letting go means the user drops.
The player is to fly and avoid obstacles while collecting things to upgrade your character, get new characters, and just collect things for the sake of collecting. (I like collecting)
2nd Concept:
I got this idea from remembering Mario Party, the original on N64. The player is to jump a rope, the rope gradually gets faster and faster. The more jumps the user gets, the more points they receive. These points can be used to purchase and collect things similar to concept above. Every set amount of jumps would make something completely random occur on the screen to hopefully distract the user. If the user gets too far jumping, the rope will begin to vary its speed to try and throw off the user.
I'm kind of leaning more to the jump rope thing and will be moving towards that. The art style of both will be heavily inspired by Katamari Damaci. Like seriously, mushrooms, singing mallards and geese, dancing pandas, and that king, that sold me on the game with no understanding of the gameplay.
anywho, I am off to smush my face against the computer trying to learn new things.

YAY, DERAILMENT!
So a couple days ago, I finally opened my good old notebook to start writing some design concepts. This was short lived as after a while I started feeling down and tired.
This feeling has progressed.
Turns out I forgot to get a refill of my meds and this was my body telling me "Ian - you still fucking need them, get them, and take them." Needless to say, today I got my refill, but I still feel partially comatose and numb. And in hindsight, I probably should not have driven to the doctors with the unyielding urge to feel something. That could only have spelt disaster.
Hopefully I can get back on track tomorrow. It was a plus I even got enough 'umph' in me to right this quick blurb. Mayhap tomorrow I will disclose some Ideas I have for initial projects, nothing big for a 1st release as my code (or lack there of) will be garbage code.

Nice little before and after photo to showcase what my desk looked liked.
Finished cleaning then had an interview for a potential job at Kabaam because unemployment sucks.
That tardy thing? Ya it's still around.
Came back raring to go, then was linked to a lets play demo of 'Five Nights at Freddy's' and I was sent down a never ending stream of lets play horror games for the Oculus Rift. I'm only now sitting down to jot this ditty down and get raring to go. I'm going to finish my unity tutorial after this and mark it off my list of things to do.
One step at a time, eh? I can learn to run tomorrow, right?

ROBOTS OR DINOSAURS?
There is no 'or' - it's Robot Dinosaurs or nothing.

WHAT IS YOUR EARLIEST HUMAN MEMORY?
I was around 4 months old. I remember jumping in my bouncing chair which hooked up to the ceiling with a giant metal spring. I don't remember anything else, just the fact that I loved that fricken chair.

And so it begins...
ctrl a -> ctrl c -> ctrl v
And so it begins...
My one month of unemployment has taught me one major thing, I am tardy as f@*k without a deadline charging at me like a diesel engine down hill. I think it's about time to button up my shirt, finishing pulling my pants on all the way, and buckle down into some sort of productive work to fit between my 'I need to find a job' hunt.
Now all I have to do is put down the phone, pull up my computer chair and... f@*k it, it can wait until the morning, I can't even find a place to sit in here. Maybe that's why I haven't come into my computer room in a while.
Tomorrow, I do declare, the beginnings of me becoming Indie - after I clean up this horrendous mess.
