Comments: Looked at my finances from recent sales and decided I probably had enough gems to manage another cirrus pair, assuming I bought one or both already of the correct breed. Took a look at the RTB ones first, and immediately liked this one's colours.

Decided to mix the primary-secondary gene pairs I wanted across both dragons, since I liked the way that ended up looking slightly more than when I kept the gene pairs together.

The name can be blamed on my not having any inspiration for anything, and then looking to my current reading for names - serendipitously enough, an MDZS fanfic in which Nie Mingjue and Wen Ning are dragons (and end up mates). So Wen Ning's courtesy name it is!
