And the #demolition begins! I removed the futon frame to remove and replace the 16 gallon water tank with a 46 gallon tank...a harder task than I planned, the tank i bought is 2 inches too tall, so ill have to raise the futon frame and add a new filling dish... i have removed the original furnace to make room the #battery bank (3x 100ah) and I'm going to replace it with a more #effective LP unit like a Mr Buddy heater # #SpaRDIS #homeonwheels #homeiswhereyouparkit

Took a bad fall on lap 2, #adrenaline kept me going till i was into lap 3...then i had to walk sometimes, you beat the course, sometimes the course beats you! Working #frontlever #progressnotperfection .... Previously I was working on extending into my front lever from a #tucked position, but i felt like i needed to strengthen the muscles that are engaged throughout the entire range of motion within the movement, so I started doing a front lever pullup. .. We did it! 26.2 miles 160+ obstacles. We did a minimum of 10 obstacles on each lap, usually more! Couldn't have done it without @beetelite, @homeolytes and @playagainnow #Repost @spencerrau with @repostapp ・・・ So today I went to @powerparkfitness and shattered a record with my #teamPowerup teammate @muddyj ! He had the record for most laps in a day that he set at 14 laps, I told him we could totally break that. AND TODAY WE DID! Behold the new longest distance/ most laps done in a day record holders. We both ran 26.2 miles/16 laps of the green mile and we lost count of how many obstacles exactly but we did one of the three carries every lap.
