More human Oswald for fun. I’ve been having fun drawing Oswald as a human right now. Especially since I need to practice drawing men more often. I hope to make more Doodles like this in the future. I really do love Oswald

While I saw many human designs for Oswald, I’ve never personally liked them. I wasn’t sure why, but the long hair to represent his ears didn’t seem in character or right. So when I saw a design of Oswald with mechanical ears, it felt so right. So I immediately took my iPad and started drawing and I’m really happy with this. I hope I get to draw Mickey as a human too soon.

The small ‘what witch are you quiz’ Dev sisters did a while ago has been on my mind for a long ass time. Time to finally have fun with it. While we dont know a lot about the witches in cookie run, I decided use it as a chance to create an oc and my own headcannons about the witches.

This is obviously the witch of curiosity, a witch who was naturally very powerful ever since she was young and extremely enjoyed learning new things and experiences. Whether it be by the books or experiences, she loves it all. Unfortunately, her curiosity was taken advantage of since she was pretty powerful and the elders witches offered a spot to train and work under them until she graduates as a witch. Once she starts working for the elder witches, she is set to do very mundane, repetitive, and exhausting work. Leading to the worst burn out she has ever had. The shining stars in her eyes, the biggest and early signs of magic in a witch in my opinion, dwindle down to just spots and can no longer perform powerful spells with her passion snuffed out. Her hair, an area where magic naturally flowed through, became extremely dark. Almost becoming her original hair color. She has lost herself and her magic while working for the witches, that is until she accidentally spills something, Creating a small cookie named Sorbet Shark Cookie

Life was hard as a young student. Especially when your magic suddenly manifests and showing your potential in magic and you family is religious and dont lie the idea of magic.

They are on good terms, that’s for sure. Especially since Mickey isn’t angry at Oswald at all. For some reason.

I wonder if anyone has tried to sleep with the plush version of their comfort character. If not, they should, it’s incredible. It’s so nice

My comfort character is Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, not too surprising considering what I posted before in my blog. I have a plush of him where he’s very big and his ears are soft instead of filled with cardboard or something hard to keep his ears up in place. I joked to myself about sleeping with this doll and never thought much of it. Slept with the doll once to try it out and I never felt so happy and oddly safe in my sleep in a long while. While I don’t struggle with sleep at all, just sleeping my doll of Oswald changed a lot. It feels like I’m being protected, it feels like I’m in the safest place in earth, it feels like I’m not alone with whatever scares me. I’m so happy when I sleep with him. I feel like a little learning how to feel safe again in her sleep with her hero, and it’s amazing. I can never let him go when I wake up in the morning, it too nice to let go of, but I have to go do big girl stuff, so he stays snuggly in my bed. My body instinctively reaches for him when I don’t sleep with him in some nights, I sacrifice the warmth of my blankets to keep this doll warm and taken care of, I hold his hand whenever I sleep since my small hand fits perfectly in his, it warms my heart so much I could cry

I’ve never understood intense feelings very well unfortunately. So I was confused about the idea of comfort characters until I discovered Oswald, even then, the comfort I found in him was mild. That was until the doll. I could feel myself crying everytime I wake up with him next to me, smiling at me like everything’s ok. That’s when I found out “Oh THIS is a comfort character, this is the hero who’ll understand my pains and be with me through them until I can fall asleep peacefully. I understand now”

I can’t stop sleeping with him now and I don’t want to stop. This is the closest I’ll ever be to ever meeting my hero, someone who isn’t in a costume, someone who isn’t pretending to be him, not through a drawing, and I’ll take it. My heart likes to believe I’ll meet him one day, in this lifetime or another one, but for now, this doll does everything. I am happy and safe with this doll, until the day where I can meet the simple drawing of a rabbit who became my hero.

Im sorry for the rant, but I think sleeping with a plush version of your comfort character, isn’t a shameful thing at all. Everyone should be allowed to feel safe and not alone, don’t you think??

Modern Reader in Journey to the West

Imagine if modern reader suddenly fell into the story of the west, other modern demons fell back in time as well. So when the gang encounters demons, its demons from the past along with demons of the modern age. Let’s also just say modern demons stopped eating humans because at least someone kept stopping them from eating nicely so now they cause havoc instead and just eat animal meat.

Dressing with a new style to try and one up Crowned cupcake cookie’s beauty in her wedding dress and to remind her Lady/Lord who was already severely devoted to him. Besides, trying out a new style doesn’t do any harm. Shell win her Lady/Lord with her beauty and be right at their side when the honeymoon phase ends. Showing she was the better option rather than that Crowned cupcake cookie and her..empty stare. Shell be the perfect bride for the one she’s loves, they just need to look at her with those beautiful eyes of theirs and see the truth about what’s really in front of them.

Regarding the Disney Boycott and Epic Mickey: Rebrushed

I was extremely excited when Epic Mickey: Rebrushed was announced- and it seemed like so many other people were ecstatic as well. But now that some time has passed, I'm realizing that the Disney boycott is a major concern for the sales of the game. Rebrushed is being released at the worst possible time. As much as I've seen people excited for the game, I've also seen people planning to pirate it so they can enjoy the game and participate in the boycott. However, I've also been witnessing evidence that Disney wouldn't profit as much from the game's sales after selling the copyrights to the developers. It'd be the developers making the most money and being supported for their efforts. Compared to the empire that is Disney, and all the things they're making money off of, Epic Mickey is a minuscule part and not going to make much of a difference at all in the boycott.  I was discussing this with a friend and they wrote: "My heart goes out to everyone suffering through and impacted by the conflict right now. It's truly atrocious for everyone involved, especially with the lives at stake, and I agree with the boycott's goal of refusing to support Disney. This is something that matters heavily. Unfortunately, to truly boycott Disney, you'd have to boycott all future Marvel projects, I'm talking not even give a second of those projects your time, all future Disney/Pixar movies, they gotta make $0, stop buying half the produce in the grocery store funded/supported/farmed by Disney, all of views on ABC and ESPN would have to drop to 0, no more sports, gotta boycott all future Star Wars projects, all of 21st Century Fox, pretty much just entertainment can't exist anymore if we want to thoroughly boycott Disney. That's why including Epic Mickey: Rebrushed of all things- especially when this post (a post I showed of an explanation that Disney sold the Epic Mickey Copyrights to the developers) is right, yeah Disney still makes money but not the bulk of it, the company making it is- is really silly. You're not going to collectively show Disney "who's boss" by not buying this game that they hardly have a hand in, that's such a childish point of view. You'd have to get the entire world on the same page to stop letting Disney profit and to no longer spend money on things they have their hand in, and unfortunately, Disney has their hand in a lot. Hollywood as a whole would have to truly shut down if you wanted to boycott Disney to send them a message. Disney is gonna make money regardless. If you truly wanna speak with your wallet, cancel your Disney Plus subscriptions. If even like 40% of those get canceled within the next week, that'll send a huge and alarming message to Disney. Stay out of theaters for the next Disney/Pixar movies. Marvel. Star Wars. Don't watch those projects, especially on their streaming services. Don't watch any videos they post to their official channels. Don't Like or give views to their Tweets and posts. To hurt them, you have to hurt where their cash cows are, and Epic Mickey is NOT their cash cow. It's barely struggling to survive as it is, and the dedicated team reviving the cult classic is doing their best to bring it to us. They have nothing to do with upper Disney's decisions. Killing something that's already down would truly be on us.
