If you are having problems dealing with MyEyeDr, I want to help! The customer service reps will say that they will get back to you in 24-48 hours, but you can look at any reviews from any location by both patients and employees that they have no intention of actually helping you. You will have to call 7-8 times in a row, because they don’t have a way for you to stay on hold because they don’t want to actually help you. Any email addresses or “smartsheet” forms are useless. Call, call and call or visit a location. Record everything, always ask for names (not titles) and get proof as much stuff as possible because you will be promised the world and they will pretend as if they told you nothing.
If you are a current or former customer/patient, you can ask me for advice/tips of how to get customer service to actually do their job and help you with your problems. However, if you are a customer/patient or employee, please share your horror stories of dealing with this acquisition/sales-driven corporation pretending to care about you.
