A soul searching trip

Till date, without doubt I would say that the best decision of my life was to go on a trip to Ladakh. I earned every penny and paid my trip all by myself. Often, people who go to Ladakh are lost and feel that they need some help to get redirected in life. But, my story was different. I didn’t know a lot of things until I went there. A important point to note, go alone, that’s the best way you learn about yourself. I was wrong to think that I had my life sorted out. I came back all confused. My priorities changed, my outlook towards life changed forever. I feel like I’ve fell so low in life. Not because of anything, but because I think I lost myself while I was trying to find it. I need to go there again. As they say, go back to where you lost it. 

 Ladakh was a valley of hopes, a valley of magic.

Whatever happens in life, never lose hope, because not believing in yourself is the worst punishment one can give themselves. I realised this quite late in my life. I’ve always doubted myself. To be honest, I was never so wrong. I may not be as smart as Einstein or achieve great heights in life like Malala, but I am myself and I should be happy to embrace whoever I am.

I’m myself and nobody else,
