Childcare
I have worked in childcare for about 3 years now and I now know the ins and outs and the real source of the issues .
The people that run these facilities really do not care about your children . They care about the money that your children bring in . When it comes to children and working in childcare , you cannot be focused solely on the money because these children are people at the beginning and end of the day . People who will not stay children forever and will become adults with problems that could have been avoided had the people in their lives from a young age actually took their time to listen and understand them rather them bunch them all together and give up .
It bothers me wit how much people don’t understand how these things matter . It takes time but these babies did not ask to be here so why treat them like it’s their fault ? Children often get the short end of the stick and have to face the consequences of the world and adults around them when children simply don’t have any control over that .
What happens to them in childhood will affect them growing up and in their adult years . Teach them about themselves now . Teach them how to properly regulate their emotions appropriately . Allow them to feel their feelings . This is where it all starts .
