There is an issue I’ve noticed on PS5, seen on the forum that it happens on PC & Xbox too, where you lose your permanent buffs after loading up a save & can’t get them back

This is for me on PS5, have reported it

Have not been fixed with the patch that came out on november 7th(on PS5 it was patch 1.000.003)
